It’s central location & a comfortable bed.
The lady at the reception that checked me in wasn’t polite to me and my partner on arrival. She came off rude and condescending.

The staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive, with special recognition to Sandra Ishimwe for her exceptional professionalism and outstanding customer service. Onomo feels like home in Kigali... The location is delightful, and the sunsets are beautiful. It has a quiet, peaceful atmosphere, the breakfast and meals are delicious, and the staff are friendly. At night, the bar somehow gets crowded. I've been here so many times that I've become friends with some of the staff. The rooms aren't spacious, but they're large enough and definitely clean. There's fairly fast internet throughout the hotel.
