Honestly Onomo Hotel in Kigali Rwanda is the Best Hotel i ever stayed, Excellent service from the reception staff to the restaurant staff, friendly people , I loved everything there and i will always recommend everyone to go and experience the excellent hospitality .
At the reception , sister YVONNE and brother GERVAS are the best even though everyone there delivered a great service.
In the food section, these three Sisters treated me not only as a guest but as a family member ( as a Brother ).
ONOMO Hotel in Kigali, may you guys live long so guests can always come and enjoy your excellent service and hospitality.

The location is nice it’s centered, the waitresses were really nice and attentive. The housekeeping lady was also really sweet.
They never cleaned the rooms, we had to remind them at least 5 times to clean the rooms on a two week stay. They never gave us clean towels so we had to remind them about that as well every night, which became really tiring we also never had toilet paper at some points. One time we were at the reception and a white man came, and they ended up serving him before us, which was really disrespectful. If you’re going to stay here, just know that they collect towels really early in the morning so be prepared for that, that also means that they left us with no towels in the mornings.
Quick reminder outside food is not allowed, even if they did not inform us about that prior of ordering the food or during the check-in.
Hotel location is easy to get to and well known by drivers and moto riders.

My stay at ONOMO Hotel Kigali was amazing. Fantastic service from reception to housekeeping and the bar with a nice view. Special thanks to Justine for the great tour experience and Gilbert for outstanding bar service. Truly memorable.
Everything was fabulous and the service was top notch
Breakfast was fresh and great variety! we enjoyed the breakfasts! The Staff have amazing customer service!From Denyse at Coffee bar( She makes the best Capuccino and has great customer service), to Sandra at reception; she warmly welcomed us and processed teh check out very well. And the driver who picked us and dropped us was exceptional. I have told my friends and Family to always use Onomo Hotel when in Kigali!Thank you!
