Nice stay in Kigali
Pros:

Hotel location is easy to get to and well known by drivers and moto riders.

Pool view

Lobby ambience

Spacious, clean rooms.

Friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

Service was a little slow in restaurant to get a drink or cup of ice.

Breakfast buffet options were ok but not great.

Amazing stay at ONOMO Hotel Kigali, everything was perfect.
Pros:

My stay at ONOMO Hotel Kigali was amazing. Fantastic service from reception to housekeeping and the bar with a nice view. Special thanks to Justine for the great tour experience and Gilbert for outstanding bar service. Truly memorable.

Pros:

Breakfast was fresh and great variety! we enjoyed the breakfasts! The Staff have amazing customer service!From Denyse at Coffee bar( She makes the best Capuccino and has great customer service), to Sandra at reception; she warmly welcomed us and processed teh check out very well. And the driver who picked us and dropped us was exceptional. I have told my friends and Family to always use Onomo Hotel when in Kigali!Thank you!

Nothing.All was great! Just wish could have stayed longer!
