Pros:

1- les employés oublient parfois de remettre le tapis de douche après le nettoyage de la chambre;
2- et peuvent laisser les sacs des vêtements à laver pdt 2 jours;

A Comfortable Stay in Kigali
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at Onomo Hotel Kigali. The hotel has a modern design, a pleasant atmosphere, and a good setting for relaxing after a days work. The staff were welcoming, and the hotel provided a comfortable base for my five-night stay in Kigali.

Cons:

There is room for improvement in some aspects of the guest experience, particularly in room service and awareness interms of room service.

Pros:
