It was pleasant and comfortable.
Pros:

It was the perfect location and seems to be safe. Personnel and the drivers were extremely friendly and helpful. Well done.

Cons:

I would’ve liked if there were more restaurant options at the hotel or the carvery should have been be a bit cheaper. Otherwise all good.

Pros:

The restaurant staff was amazing even though the kitchen was slow. Other than that, the supervisors and the manager were outstanding.

It was actually the restaurant manager who tried to redeem the hotel for the horrible experience I had upon arrival.

Cons:

When I arrived I was put in a room that wasn't properly cleaned. When I complained at reception, I was moved to a room that was a converted twin to queen, when I booked a standard queen. The receptionist told me that she was aware when I alerted her, meaning she was aware I was not getting what I paid for.

Eventually I was moved to a standard queen, but only after I had taken my luggage to camp by the reception. This room also had dead roaches but that was a better situation that the prior.
