The variety in the menu and the place was clean
My mom's charger was swapped. It was reported yet no apology has been issued. I've sent emails and texts but no response which is so sad coz for 4 years we've been using Onomo but I think this will be a last
The staff were friendly.
There was no fridge
The car park looks dodgy but inside the hotel look good but the staff did not go the extra mile to assist, we made a reservation or rather a booking with booking.com for the 3rd July, we arrived there tired around 2am and staff couldn't help us even if we were willing to pay extra. We left and enjoyed our stay at City Lodge Hotel instead.

Rooms size, fridge not in our room while others who paid the same had fridges and wifi process is way too long and not stable. Onomo Cape town is 👌🏻this bit dissapointing

Room size space, beds, No microwave for guest as we are students, Wifi procees and the stability turn off.. Cape town Onomo was on point durban can learn there. luggage trolleys must be available as staff did support but that was not enough.
Hot water in the shower was always top notch although hotel was fully booked i enjoyed
No microwave even in the breakfast area yet their coffee machine gives a cold coffee, breakfast is finished by 7: 30 and not enough staff for a very busy weekend, we had no fridge in our room 303, small mirror in a basin thats a problem for us ladies, toilet door not fully closed, my friends at room 328 supposed to be a wheelchair friendly yet the mirror is so high she could not reach it or use it, wardrobe to hang your coats or dress too low its like its a kids room, lights are linked together you need to open all lights in the room to use toilet lights at night
