overall it was a nice stay
Pros:

it was cold we requested a blanket which was provided to us, breakfast was fair nice ate as much as we wanted

Cons:

the aircon was failing to adjust to warm; the sheet had a black stain even though it was faint, but it was visible especially since it was white, breakfast doesn't have much vegetables more protein and carbs

The staff is friendly and professional. The standard rooms need bar fridges and microwaves.

The staff is professional and friendly. Possessions remain safe even after cleaning. The beds are comfortable, and the bedding is clean.

Cons:

The room had cockroaches; the worst part is one that was previously squashed on the curtain and left there. The standard rooms do not have any bar fridges or microwaves. The air conditioning filter needed cleaning.

Cons:

I paid for and ordered a standard queen room , only to be allocated to a twin room when I arrived there. The hotel staff did do the conversion but made it seem as if it was an upgrade when it wasn’t. I paid extra for the queen when I did initial booking. More administrative efficiency is required
