We had a great time
Pros:

The staff members and the cleaners were kind and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons:

Maybe if there could be an extra chair that can be given to rooms on requests. Our challenge was we were two yet we had one chair. But we managed to work around that but it would really be nice to have it on request

The rooms were stuffy, I asked for an extra pillow and I was told they didn't have after 3 hours .

Average, did not exceed our expectations
Pros:

Breakfast was Ok nice spread of options, Dinner Menu was good
Bar facility was very nice and comfortable
The F&B staff were always eager to help and assist.

Cons:

The rooftop was closed for the full duration of our stay
The Staff not all were friendly and helpful (reception)

Housekeeping needs more attention - the sleeper couch was filthy; the room was not clean even though we had checked in OR received the room after 2pm.

The room attendant knocked once and entered the room, not announcing her visit didn't wait for us to open the door.
Walked in with no apology straight to our bedroom to place a notepad and pen, then left as if nothing happened. This was very alarming; this happened on the day we checked in.

Cons:

Rude receptionists and the manager made me pay thrice for the room I already paid on booking.com claiming they didn't see it even though I showed them all the evidence of the payment. Later the next they even went to lie to booking.com that they paid me back my refund before they even did it which took 2days before I got it back. I only got it back after my girlfriend went back made a scene for them to only pay me back the next day
