Pros:

Miły i przyjemny hotelik w centrum Santa Cruz. Doskonaly na krótki trip I odwiedzenie miasta lub tak jak w naszym przypadku przystanek na jedną noc przed dalszą podróżą. Bez problemu mogliśmy skorzystać z lodówki personelu celem przechowania medykamentów z którymi podróżowaliśmy.

Cons:

Dość dobrze słychać było w pokoju wszystko co działo się na korytarzu.

Cómo pensión me parece que está bastante bien, buena ubicación, limpio

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó es que en la página principal al igual que en diferentes plataformas está puesto como hotel de 3 estrellas cuando se trata de una pensión, por lo que es publicidad engañosa.

Solo fue una estancia corta , pero volvemos para una algo más larga y espero que se en los indianos

Todo muy bien, empezando por los chicos de recepción que en mi caso me explicaron todo, la habitación muy bien limpia y recogida, cómoda. El desayuno te dan a elegir entre 3 opciones, tube la suerte de probar 2, las tostadas de aguacate están muy bien, al igual que los croissant que están rellenos, el yogur con fruta y muesli 🤤 felicidades al todo el equipo del hotelito27

La ubicación es excelente! El personal es muy amable y la limpieza excelente.

Cons:

A pesar de que hacía meses que había hecho y pagado la reserva, nos pusieron en habitaciones sin ventanas al exterior sino que daban a un patio interior. (Pudimos cambiar una) Creo que cuando haces la reserva, no sé indica que las habitaciones no tendrán ventanas al exterior.

Los mejor ubicación y desayunos.

Cons:

Las habitaciones individuales son como una celda, aparte que no hay fotos en booking por algo sera… el baño enano y por la mañana no hay agua caliente, la limpieza brilla por su ausencia, solo te cambian toallas en toda la semana, los baños.. madre de dios… 55€ una individual con cama incomoda baño enano,sucio y sin agua caliente.. es caro.
Por poner mi ejemplo, no cambia para secarme en la ducha, me salia y tenia que meter los huevos en el lavabo, ese es el tamaño del baño..
