Het is een fijn hotel midden in de stad die wij hebben geboekt voor een doorreis. Fijne medewerkers en erg schoon. Het meubilair is wat gedateerd. Verder warden de tripplekamers prima. Parkeren kan in een parkeergarage om de hoek, maar op straat parkeren is ook veilig.

El estado de limpieza es bueno, la habitación es grande, con un hermoso y amplio balcón... pero la recepción no es adecuada. No hay respeto ni protocolo para respetar a los clientes. Hay una especie de selectividad en el trato y este asunto es inaceptable.

En general el hotel está bien. Está limpio, zona céntrica y buena relación calidad precio. No es nada del otro mundo pero, si viajas por trabajo, está bien. La atención recibida ha sido buena por parte de los trabajadores a excepción de una de las trabajadoras, que imagino que debe ser la jefa, que fue bastante borde y me hizo sentir incómoda cuando le comenté que quería cancelar la reserva. Entiendo que la política de cancelación es así pero hay formas y formas y las suyas dejaron bastante que desear. El resto de recepcionistas muy amables y considerados.
