Great stay overall.
Pros:

The Manager and staff were amazingly helpful and accommodating. Professional team. The food prepared by Chef Akilesh was great.

Cons:

Only the bathroom was not great. The toilet seats were worn down and drainage smell. Though it’s very close to the Karikoo market. The noise sometimes gets to you.

Poor customer service
Pros:

The rooms are spacious

The beddings are clean

Cons:

The poor customer service by front desk staff. Took almost an hour to check us in. They struggle to hear and speak english

The reception area was too hot with no operational aircon

The toilets at the reception area are dirty

The bathing water in the room was cold

The towel rack in the room is too high

The water bottles for bottled water were extremely dirty. Try to put clean bottles in the rooms
