Upon arrival no internet until the next day. Didn't accommodate my dietary needs as a vegan. Charged me an extra fee called city tax, which I've never heard of. Quoted me an overcharge fee to get my laundry done. I asked to check out later, as my flight was in the evening, and was told I would be charged an hourly rate if I were to do so. I wasn't happy with my overall excperience. The room I had was a king deluxe but didn't represent a deluxe room at all. Very noisy where the hotel is located and the building next to my window had noisy people shouting at night time. I asked about a refund with booking.com but it was a non-refundable transaction.

Traveling from England and alone, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Making me feel at home and answering any questions I had. Great stay and would recommend to anyone and will be coming back here myself :)
