Nice place, overall.
Pros:

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the layout was nice.

Cons:

The couch could be much more comfortable, and with lower armrests. Also, there was a very loud banging sound outside on Tuesday, 3-3-2026, starting at about 4:20am. Once it woke me up, I couldn't get back to sleep, as it continued all morning until I left at 8:45. I noticed that the sound was coming from workers at the business next door (to the South). They appeared to be loading (scrap?) metal into a dumpster using a hi-lo.

Pros:

The hotel is clean, quiet, and up-to-date. The staff is very friendly and responsive. We had a broken hairdryer and it was immediately replaced by staff. The breakfast area was clean and comfortable and there was a good variety offered. The usual hotel breakfast fare but very well managed.

Cons:

Figuring out the WiFi was not straightforward and we gave up. There was no way to charge our car but the installation of their chargers in the parking lot is almost complete. Maybe by the time we stay there again!

Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

The outside was incredibly noisy and the toilet was clogged. When I put in a request and asked why the room hadn't been inspected, the response was that the rooms are inspected daily. Ok, well then why was the toilet clogged? I checked out a day early and the front desk staff didn't even ask me why. I told them. The roof of the room is so thin, you can hear someone walking above. This is not a good room to sleep in. Why such a cheaply built hotel?

Great place outside Boston for a short overnight stay
Pros:

Clean, spacious rooms. They allowed me to leave my car in their lot the next day so I could explore Boston and avoid having to park in town.

Cons:

Would have liked the hotel bar to have been open—it was closed during my stay which was a Thursday night.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Cleanliness and value are the two primary reasons I stay at Hampton Inn and Suites.

Cons:

Neighborhood is in an industrial area, not a great location for walking ... then again, it was winter and I would not have walked anyways. :)
