Friendly staff
Pros:

Very friendly staff especially in breakfast , I don’t remember his name but an old gentleman was so nice and gave us wonderful service . Thanks for him . He is Assets to the hotel.

Cons:

La chica de la recepción fue una grosera antipática, cogimos una suite y para empezar teníamos incluido el porta equipajes, y la chica le dijo al botones que no nos ayudase no sé por qué y yendo con un bebé, para seguir la habitación era pésima, muy espaciosa pero echa polvo , estaba todo lleno de quemones de cigarros, el sofá sucio con lamparones la televisión no funcionaba, el jacuzzi iba fatal , no hacía burbujas y salían dos chorros súper flojos , una de las lámparas individuales de lectura no funcionaba, tampoco funcionaba la luz del espejo del baño... La verdad pésimo
