El lugar esta en proceso de construcción proceso que esta detenifo. Tiene gran potencial. Deben esmerarse en la limpieza, se observa deterioro del mobiliario.

I have liked the adorable spaces and this hotel has spacious rooms. Very spacious closets and and tall ceilings and bathrooms.
- good a/c
- convenient security box inside rooms
- excellent lightings
- very clean rooms- excellent
- convenient parking
- if looking a quiet place, this one is the place to have a good rest
- friendly staff they make feel like home
- i will definitely choose this hotel on my next trip to Colima

...... Things didn’t liked:
- no telephones inside rooms
- no hot water at all
- there was a puppy playing and making noice on the room bellow me, fortunately reported and they did took the pet out of the room

Muy malo.... Todo el inmueble es viejo con mal olor, animales, cortinas rotas, su personal nada amable ni con deseos de ayudar, los drenajes todo el tiempo huelen espantoso, los lavabos con sarro y enlamados; sinceramente un asco de lugar. No confíen en las fotos porque en realidad no está así.

No hay agua caliente, la caja fuerte no funcionó, no hay teléfono en el cuarto, se va la luz eléctrica, en cuanto a las instalaciones parece como si siguiera en construcción.
El personal muy amable.

Its a very nice looking Hotel, very clean and the staff personnel is very friendly.
The housekeeping left me 2 out of 4 days without towels and nobody Washington attending either the phone nor the front desk.

Todo estuvo dentro de lo esperado, es un hotel seguro, tranquilo, con excelente ubicación, respetan tu privacidad y las habitaciones son bastante amplas.

Un ambiente que te aísla del estrés, con su alberca te relaja

Todo Fine no probe la comida pero igual tiene aspectos que pueden mejorar como ponerle una cortina o cancel al baño y atender las maderas; me tocó una television que escasamente llegaba la señal quizá por que de ultimo momento me cambiaron de habitación de una normal a una doble y eso no estuvo tan bien

The hotel didn’t have a hair dryer, and phone in the room, it really need maintenance. It’s a shame cause it can be a very nice hotel, but definitely need work

Las habitaciones muy amplias, cómodas y limpias cuentan con lo suficiente para pasar una noche agusto.
El resto del hotel quiero pensar lo están remodelando

Establecimiento limpio; difícil acceso; instalaciones muy buenas. El servicio de restaurante en cocina es bueno, pero el servicio es pésimo. No te hacen saber si tu estancia incluye o no algún servicio, el personal de restaurante es prepotente y cualquier cosa te cobran sin preguntar ni notificar. Sin duda alguna es una experiencia amarga.

The place is abandoned, the air condition doesn’t work, the bar and the pool close at 5 pm, so you are not allowed to be on the premises, the room had a weird smell, even thou the knew we were 4 people on the room they only give me 2 towels. The pictures from the place got nothing to do with how actually the place look like. Very very disappointed

También íbamos subiendo a nuestro cuarto cuando vimos pasar u a culebra pequeña
Y un zapatito de bebé
Y de paso no se te informa
Ni te dejan nota de tu último estadía solo sacan tus cosas

Las areas estan muy aridas, falta color, falta pasto y jardineria para un ambiente mas fresco y mas agradable

Las fotografías no corresponden al estado actual del hotel, las instalaciones están sucias, descuidadas y sin mantenimiento

Un hotel en donde no hay ruido la noche muy tranquila y el
Precio muy bueno para pasar la noche

Excelente Lugar, para descansar y la atención del personal magnífico.

Me cobraron de más por error , pésimas instalaciones, abandono total , sin agua caliente ni presión suficiente alberca helada sucia , en fin pésima experiencia.

Good price for hotel with pool and large rooms, new remodeled rooms with old furniture, overall good hotel close to Walmart and kiosko
