Gorgeous view. Calm neighborhood. Clean spacious rooms. Nice staff. It's a very small hotel with few rooms so it never felt crowded or loud. The breakfast food was amazing as well.

I booked this boutique hotel based off of amazing reviews and what looked like incredible panoramic views from the online photos. This place was BEYOND the reviews and photos!!! So quiet, so beautiful. The staff was incredible!!! Booked the penthouse for my wife and I for our 20 year anniversary for the private pool and incredible view. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. I was hesitant only that any place to go is an uber drive, but the kitchen was absolutely amazing! We ate at least once a day at the hotel and staff would deliver it straight to our room. Some of the best coconut shrimp I have ever had!! The view from the hotel is 180 degrees of pure ocean bliss. Another great part is the isolation. Soooo quiet and peaceful and serene. Photos online can’t capture the views and certainly can’t capture the incredible staff and how attentive they were. Staff made it feel like home.

The location was beautiful, nice, and quiet, however, not practical to walk to anything so taxi can get a little pricey. The atmosphere was very nice and staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The coconut shrimp on dinner menu is amazing. Rooms are nice and clean. I would say a good value.

The jacuzzi outside your room is amazing! Also the hotel pool is small but has a beautiful view! I enjoyed it every single night

This beautiful resort has wrecked the way I do vacation going forward! It was even more gorgeous than the photos, if that’s possible. We went to celebrate my husband‘s birthday with friends and everything was just perfect! The entire staff was incredible! I highly recommend Villa Divina!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I booked through Expedia well in advance for my honeymoon, only to have the reservation suddenly canceled without any explanation. This was supposed to be a very special trip, and the hotel completely ruined it by not honoring my booking or providing a reason. This is highly unprofessional and caused unnecessary stress during what should have been a joyful time. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values reliability and good service.

My friends and I stayed here for our bachelor/bachelorette party. The staff was impeccable and friendly. The value of the food here was amazing. Juan and the other chefs made some world class meals. The cost of the food is really just the cost of the groceries + a small 10% fee. We went to some nice restaurants in town and the food here is equally as good but a fraction of the price. You can request nearly any type of meal or food and they will make it for you.

The view itself is ridiculous and beautiful from every room. There's something about eating food right next to 180 degree views of the ocean. You can really just relax and talk with your buddies while looking out at one of the best views in all of PV. The amount of space here is massive and you can use multiple spaces to hang out / party.

There are a total of 4 jacuzzis and 1 swimming pool. 9 massive rooms (two of them being on the penthouse floor). Lupita and Omar took very good care of any concerns we had. They even ordered got us a karaoke machine and ordered ufc 319 for us to watch.

Overall I would rate this place a 10 and would recommend anyone use this for their birthday party/bachelor party/celebration.

I booked the penthouse suite at Villa Divina Boutique Hotel expecting luxury. What I got was a total mess.
• I wasn’t given room keys for several hours after check-in.
• Staff tried to come in and clean the windows after I had already checked in—why wasn’t that done beforehand?
• There was NO hot water the entire time I was there, even though I reported it repeatedly.
• The Smart TV in the master bedroom didn’t work.
• I found a hair in the refrigerator, and there were dead bugs all over the suite—completely disgusting.
• While preparing food, I noticed hundreds of tiny translucent bugs on the kitchen counter that I could barely see—absolutely unacceptable.
• The final straw? A worker was outside my windows while I was getting dressed—a total invasion of privacy.
• On top of everything, I felt like I was in prison because you can’t leave the hotel without a worker letting you out. It was scary and weird.

This stay was chaotic, dirty, and handled with zero professionalism. Management clearly didn’t care. For the price, this place is an absolute joke!

Do not waste your money here. You’re better off anywhere else.

I really don’t want to leave this review, because I don’t want anyone else to know about this fantastic place. Without doubt, it the best hotel for the least money I’ve ever experienced, maybe even the best hotel without consideration for money. The room, the pool area, the neighborhood, the friendly employees, the food, the insane views, the spying iguana. Just wow. (Special thanks to Omar who was just the right amount of everything.)

Beautiful property. Very attentive and friendly staff. We felt like celebrities for the week, a private chef, concierge and basically the only guest at the property during our stay. This is our second time here with Villa Divina and we cannot wait to return again. Thank you for an amazing experience, once again!

Our stay at Villa Divina Luxury Boutique was pure magic. Four lifelong friends from high school came to Puerto Vallarta to celebrate our 50th birthdays, and the penthouse suite gave us the most unforgettable girls’ trip we could have dreamed of.

The penthouse itself was stunning — panoramic views and its own private infinity hot tub! It truly felt like a luxurious sanctuary.

From the moment we arrived, Pascual and Omar and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. The first night, Pascual prepared a delicious dinner for us to enjoy in our room — it was such a special, thoughtful touch that set the tone for the entire trip. Throughout our stay, both Pascual and Omar made sure every detail was perfect.

This was more than just a vacation — it was a celebration of friendship, milestone birthdays, and the beauty of slowing down together in paradise. Villa Divina was the perfect place to do it all. We’re already dreaming about coming back!
