Livingston Hotel

Room was spacious but needs more cleanup. Toilets look very old and not well maintained. Staff were very good and helpful.

We had a one night stop here and found this place a great choice. Very clean and like and modern. Good sized room and clean modern bathroom.
Easy parking too.
Good breakfast with fresh omelette to order and good choice in a hot and cold buffet.
Would highly recommend it to you.

Fantastic A/C, and one of the best showers we've ever had. Pool a bit ordinary and property ready for a refurb.

Apart from clean bed and towels that’s pretty much where it begins and ends. Dirty floors inside room and in foyer. Dirty stained sofas and carpets. No where to eat as restaurant closed. Ballroom on 10 floor pretty amazing considering the rest of the place. Not sure if it’s being refurbished or demolished.

The hotel was nice and clean, staff super friendly and it was located within easy walking to the night market for dinner.

Very pleasant conference / function style hotel. Nothing really wrong with it but a bit impersonal and set on its own away from restaurants and bars. Pool was very dirty - we wouldn't use it. WiFi was slow and patchy. Bed was comfortable and shower excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Broken tiles on driveway need replacing.

Excellent service, Anna at reception was helpful and courteous. Good parking space, excellent wifi in room, only first night very noisy music band till 4.30am but it was Eid Mubarak or Malay New Year’s Eve. Thank you

The only good thing about this hotel is the ample free parking. Unfortunately, the stay itself was disappointing. The room was not clean—found a long hair on the table and food crumbs on the bedside table. The bath towels were old and worn out, and they were the only towels provided. No box tissues were available, and the closet was dirty with only three hangers. The shower was broken, making it inconvenient to use.

If you don’t have a car, I wouldn’t recommend staying here due to the location. Overall, not a comfortable or pleasant experience.

Probably this is the best hotel In Sandakan that I have stayed.
