Blu Hotel Nakhon Phanom

Cette hôtel est plus isolé du centre ville, la vue est excellente, il n’y a pas de piscine et pas de machine à café au petit déjeuner. Par compte vous avez netfix pour regarder des films dans votre langue c’est un plus . Mais bien plus coûteux que nos deux premiers hôtels.

Yeah, you have a beautiful view onto the Mekhong River and the Laos mountains, but it’s difficult to believe that this hotel is only 5 years old. Its design and choice of building materials make it look more like vintage 1970’s to 1990’s, and it’s condition (especially bathrooms) is already bad. The worst, however, are the mattresses. It might be equally comfortable to sleep on the floor as on the “hard-like-a-brick” bed. Would definitely not stay here again if/when coming to Nakhon Phanom again in the future. There are better hotels at possibly slightly higher rates. In the end, you get what you pay for.

Hotel is really great given that it is located in Nakhon Phanom. It has beautiful views and really lovely rooms. However a lot of damage from water in the showers and no English speaking staff. Breakfast is really really made for locals, dinner dishes are amazing! (Breakfast not a complaint just an observation). My daughter was happy with a fried egg and toast and I hade extra coffee.

So just be prepared / patient if you’re not traveling with local speakers! Airport pick up was excellent on time and with a name sign, so that’s really well done.

I’ve booked 2 rooms for 2 nights stay, in my booking mentioned clearly that we are family and we needed the room next together but in fact,
1. they had a tour on that day and we were separated the floor which’s inconvenience for us and the reception didn’t know about my requested.
2. during a first night, they had big party in their halls, both in 1-2 floor until 11.00 PM which the noise made us couldn’t sleep. The room wasn’t sound proof and when I turned to the reception, they also said nothing.
3. Toilet should be cleaner...the balcony couldn’t use due to the construction.

1. เคยเข้าพักที่โรงแรมนี้แล้วประทับใจค่ะ เลยมาอีก มาครั้งนี้จองห้องพักไป 2 ห้องติดกันแต่ที่ได้คือห้องแยกคนละชั้นเลย ถามพนักงาน ก็ได้คำตอบว่าไม่ทราบและหาห้องให้ใหม่ไม่ได้ เราจองล่วงหน้านานมากค่ะ (วันนั้นมีทัวร์ลง บอกว่าเต็มหมด)
2. ห้องพักไม่เก็บเสียง มีงานเลี้ยงที่ห้องอาหารถึง23.00น. และเก็บของกันเสียงดัง อีกตลอดคืน นอนไม่ได้ จะขอเช็คเอาท์ พนง.ก็บอกว่าไม่ได้เงิน2คืน คืนนะ (ไม่เข้าใจว่านอนไม่ได้แล้วคุณจะให้เราทนทำไม..) ห้องน้ำค่อนข้างเก่าเมื่อเทียบกับรอบที่แล้วที่มาพัก ทึ่ห้องมีระเบียงแต่ว่าใช้งานไม่ได้เพราะปรับปรุงอยู่ แถมติดกับบันไดห้องประชุม ห้องที่เราได้ทำเลแย่มากค่ะ
3. ภาพรวมการตกแต่งดี เตียงนอนสบาย แต่ห้องไม่เก็บเสียงค่ะ แค่คนเดินไปมายังได้ยินเสียงเลย ถ้าคุณเป็นคนตื่นง่าย
4. โรงแรมอยู่นอกเมือง วิวสวย ติดแม่น้ำโขง แนะนำว่าต้องมีรถค่ะ ถึงจะสะดวก
5. อาหารเช้าอร่อย มีให้เลิอกเยอะ แต่ถ้ามาสายหน่อยจะไม่มีให้เลือก

สรุปก็คือดี เหมาะสมกับราคา แต่รอบหน้าจะไปพักที่อื่นแล้วค่ะ เพราะกลับมาแล้วไม่ประทับใจ

ชอบวิวของโรงแรมที่ติดแม่น้ำโขงเห็นวิวฝั่งลาวที่สวยงามและไม่ไกลจากตัวเมือง สามารถปั่นจักรยานได้มีลู่จักรยานเลาะริมโขงยาวจนถึงลานพญานาคศรีสัตตนาคราชสวยงามมากๆๆชอบอยากอยู่หลายคืน สัญญาว่าจะกลับมาใหม่

First of all, none of the staff spoke English. The restaurant sucked, spicy food for Thai people and not good for foreigner unless you like spicy food, so we went to another restaurant for dinner. At the bar, tried to get a drink at 16.00, the bartender didn’t know how to mix drinks, we had to wait for later on the evening. I couldn’t get a glass of wine without buying the whole bottle. In the morning, I asked for a 2-egg omelet, she cooked me one fried egg, she should change job for cleaner. The room was ok, I guess for the price I paid for, when I booked there was only one room left Executive. I will never stay there again.

ที่พักวิวดีมาก อากาศก็ดี ผู้คนก็น่ารัก ที่พักสะอาด จะกลับไปอีกค่ะ ไปพักกับแม่ แม่ชอบมาก

The Blu Hotel is a nice clean place to stay but you will need transportation to town. Bike rental is on site and scooter rental is easily available at the front desk. The staff is always available to get a taxi for you as well. The staff is great. The rooms have a great view. The rooms feel very new. Room to room noise was minimal. Everything in our room worked perfectly. The bed is comfortable but firm.
The only issue we had was that this is one of the nicer hotels in Nakhon Phanom. It seems to be the place where they like to have receptions, company parties, not sure what else. We stayed four nights. LOUD booming music the first night until past 11:00PM. We had been up since 4:00AM the morning before. Two of our other three nights the loud music and karaoke stopped at around 10:00PM. Not a deal breaker but certainly something to consider.
In six weeks we’ve stayed in everything from completely basic to five star hotels all around Thailand. For the money the Blu Hotel was the nicest and best value hotel in which we have stayed.

A few choice for breakfast and the taste not so good,even the hotel fully booked,but the choice of food quite limited

Need to improve immediately if compare to CHEAPER range hotel which more variety choices
