Don’t book - fraudsters
Pros:

On 27th September 2024, I booked a stay at Hôtel Les Demoiselle through Hotels.com, only to find that the hotel was closed upon my arrival. This left me distressed and without a place to stay. Clearly, I did not receive the service I paid for as the hotel was CLOSED. So I contacted Hotels.com and Hotel Les Demoiselle for a refund but the hotel have refused to give me refund, they have also offered no justification for this. I’m still shocked at their audacity but it’s clearly a scam. The hotel is closed for the off season but they’re still falsely advertising rooms so they can scam people so please DO NOT BOOK as it will end in disaster and you will not get your money back.

I also trusted Hotels.com to facilitate a legitimate booking, and I now find myself out of pocket due to no fault of my own.

Pros:

Arrivée tardive. Je peux comprendre que les remontées d'informations ne se font pas toujours via HOTEL.COM, donc qu'on ne soit pas au courant qu'on ai 1 seule réservation pas de soucis. Par contre, pour le coup hotel fantome, manque de chance pour moi, la seule chambre qu'on me donne a été déjà utilisée et pas nettoyée. Faute a pas de chance me diriez-vous. Mais le numero undiqué sur vos flyers en "cas de pb" qui n'est pas attribué aussi ??? Une fois, pas deux. Merci quand même a la personne qui ne m'a pas laissé seule sur le parking.
