Very enjoyable and would stay again
Pros:

Service was exceptional. Owner organised free parking in underground car park nearby. Also suggested a local restaurant and made the booking for us as we wanted traditional German food. Nothing was a problem. Rooms were quiet and comfy. Excellent location in the old town with fabulous shops. Would definitely stay again

Lage top, Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Personal im Vorfeld sehr freundlich.
Zustand des Zimmers heruntergekommen, Nachttisch belegt mit einer Staubschicht, Wasserkocher innen schmutzig, Badezimmer Dusche an den Armaturen schwarz vor Dreck. Aussicht nicht vorhanden. Erreichbarkeit teilweise schwierig. Kommunikation lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Cons:

Leider war die Dusche nicht ganz in Ordnung, die Umschaltung von Dusche zu Handbrause war defekt (Dichtungen!). Zudem konnte die Halterung für die Handbrause nicht festgestellt werden.

Glühbirnen funktionieren teilweise nicht.

Cons:

Ich konnte das Hotel erst nicht finden, weil kein Hotelschild da war und es aufgrund des Weihnachtsmarktes schlecht zu sehen war. Ich hoffe, das Schild wird bald geliefert! So sah das Schaufenster eher nach geschlossenem Laden aus.

Kleines Hotel mit Potential
Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt am Marktplatz. Sehr netter junger Mann an der Rezeption, gab gute Tips. Zimmer ließ sich nicht ausreichend abdunkeln, war aber schön groß.

Cons:

Das Restaurant war eine Baustelle, Frühstück musste man sich in der Stadt besorgen. Rutschige billig wirkende Dusche im neu renovierten Bad.
