便は良いが、繁華街なので夜中（am2時近く）までかなりうるさい。

朝夜と昼間でフロントスタッフさんが変わる。
連携があまりされていないのか、マッサージ代や宿泊費を2回請求された。
宿泊費は事前清算の方が良いかも。

It is near the weekend market. Walkable to some tourist destinations. The manager was very active. You can ask her for car service to the airport which was about 320,000 dong at this time. Free water and coffee.

Good access to food and drink. staff very attentive and gives good food suggestions.
Temperature of hot water is wonky. Mostly too hot. Staying in this location needs ability to ignore loud music and singing from the streets.
Walkable to places of interests.

Good service

다른 숙박앱에서 예약한 숙소 과대광고에 뒷통수맞고, 어쩌다 찾게된 호텔이었는데 너무 만족함. 맥주거리 주변이라 먹고 즐길곳도 많고, 숙소도 깨끗하고, 사장님도 친절했음. 사장님이 기본적인 영어가 가능해서 영어로 소통이 가능한점도 장점.

Arrived late and left early due to travel plans. Room and area were of good value. Room was clean and okay condition.

I LOVED staying here during my trip to Hanoi. It’s at the beginning of Beer Street, so there is some noise during the night on the weekends. But the food and services around are fantastic. The best part of the hotel though were the receptionists. They answered all of my questions (and I had a lot) and helped make my stay as comfortable and exciting as possible. Fantastic little hotel (especially if you’re traveling solo and need a personal break). Highly recommend:)

ベトナム旅行10日間、チェックイン前に入室できなかったホテルはここだけでした。荷物は部屋の中へ入れておいてくれました。とても広い部屋を借りたので、そこそこ快適でした。繁華街でしたが、そこまでうるさくなかったです。水はペットボトル入りで安心しました。

Im Internet war Frühstück inbegriffen angegeben, traf aber nicht zu. In der Nähe des Hotels waren aber kleine Coffeeshops mit Croissantangebot, so das Kompensation möglich war. Die Altstadt ist in den letzten Jahren eine Vergnügungsmeile geworden mit dem entsprechenden Lärmpegel bis gegen 1 Uhr nachts,, so dass trotz schallschutzfenstern Ohropax empfehlenswert ist.
Ansonsten ist die zentrale Lage für die Erkundung der Altstadt b is zum Hoan Kiem Lake fantastisch, so ,dass bei allen Einschränkungen das Hotel sehr empfohlen werden kann.

The area is center of old city and several attraction and many shop, travel agent, massage shop are located. The building itself is. Or new, however room is well renovated and clean, all the staff are friendly. The room charge is much value for money. Small hotel but I am sure to recommend.

Many cockroaches in the room.
Room had no window which was not mentioned during booking.
Do not recommend.

Receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful and accommodating. She provided tips and local good eating places. Recommend highly to anyone for staying here and we’re American tourists.

Location is at the beer street and during Fri, Sat and Sun, there are many eateries store set up at road side. Road close for cars except motorcycles. Loud music from downstairs and we stayed at 3rd floor, it was quite disturbing. Not recommended if you are light sleeper. Room is clean but found stain on towels during 1st day stay. Location is central with many cafes. Overall still ok.

A cosy hotel that is decent and good value, given where it is located.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I travel A LOT, and this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms are exactly as pictured, the location is perfectly situation very close to everything you could possible want, and the staff is unparalleled in their hospitality. Especially Kelly at the front desk, she is your friend and goes out of her way to help you in any way she can.
