Pros:

Was not alloted the same type of room which I booked and behaviour of the staff was so rude.. like we will have to stay in that room only and u are not in a situation to do anything

One can get a far better room on 7-8k per night.. so don't opt for it..

Washrooms were not clean had a very wired smell, no room service till 9 30 in morning... over-all experience is not good

great hotel
Pros:

it was a great stay. the chef was very kind to cook food as per our requirements and preferences. The hotel staff was very courteous and warm and took care of all our needs, sometimes even without asking. They understand your needs well and then adapt their work around that. amazing stay. the hotel is very close to the famous tulip garden and the views of Dal lake are to die for.
