Le personnel adorable.
Une forte odeur d’humidité était présente dans la chambre quand nous sommes arrivés, qui avait imprégnée les serviettes. C'était tres désagréable. L’entrée de l’hotel, directement dans le casino c’était assez déstabilisant. Le petit déjeuner nous n’avons vraiment pas apprécié.
I like the view and nice place near to all
The breakfast was simple and the view was good. However, we couldn't turn one of the lights of and it was a little irritating having to sleep with one of the lights on.
The breakfast could have been better and the pool was closed in the morning.
Good location right next to the beach. Walking distance from the Golden Lions roundabout with many restaurants nearby.
However, the amenities at the hotel are very basic. Casino tables right between the lobby area and the guest elevators, are fairly distasteful. Breakfast was very disappointing compared to other hotels I’ve been to in the region

The view from the balcony and although it was a red flag for what was to come the complementary ear plugs.
For starters, the noise of what is supposed to be music sounds more like someone is strangling a cat in Mandarin. It starts around 9pm and goes on until sunrise. Then there is the bathroom that has absolutely no privacy. The shower is right in front of the windows to the outside world as well as the balcony. Unbelievably, there are no curtains or blinds of any kind. Also the breakfast is a choice of set items from a menu. Only one Western choice or pancakes. It's also not in the hotel but in the bar next door. They also don't have a non-smoking policy, so we subjected to a bunch of Chinese smoking at the table next to us. Above all this, they had the arrogance to charge US$3 for a bottle of water from the fridge. Sihanoukville is an abandoned Chinese dump and this hotel fits right in.

l paid deposit from ABA，but when return the deposit is 100＄ cash，but the cash is broken,after l find it,they not agree to change,due to my lost 100＄

Next morning went for swimming and pool was closed. They said it's open after 3pm.
So we could not use it at all.
Everything in respect of facilities was fantastic
The noise is relentless all day building in vac inot y, all night until 05:00 music
The staff were very friendly and helpful the room was clean and more than adequate with good facilities.It felt very safe as it has a casino downstairs so everyone has to go through an airport style metal detector.
Unfortunately out with the hotel's control the noise every evening and into the small hours the level of the booming music is unbelievable from the pier nightclub across the road.
The room was spacious, nice mattress and lots of pillows. Their pool is only open after 3 p.m. which is a downer. Even though I paid through Expedia, I was required to pay, in American cash, a deposit of $50.00. I got it back when I checked out.
The hotel is steps from a long, fantastic beach on the Gulf of Thailand and my room over looked it.
The hotel sits right next to a nightclub that plays loud music till 5 in the morning
