Pros:

Großzügige, saubere und moderne Wohnung, Anlage mit Sauna und Parkplätzen in zentraler und trotzdem ruhiger Lage. Problemloser und flexibler Check-In. Absolut empfehlenswert und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Ordnung.

Cons:

Die Kaution ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und hinterlässt bis zur Erstattung ein grummeliges Gefühl - schade, dass sowas notwendig ist (die Vermieter werden ihre Erfahrungen gemacht haben...).
Bei mehr als zwei Nächten hätte es im Wäschepaket ein zweites Paar Handtücher sein dürfen :-).

Es war alles sehr sauber und die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen.

Cons:

Es gibt nur einen Parkplatz pro Appartement und keine Infos wo man ein zweites Auto über Nacht parken kann.

Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Gelegenheit für Sauna ist super. Unkompliziertes Check-in (Text in der Mail zwar kompliziert, v.a. um ihn auf dem Handy zu lesen, aber Schritt für Schritt machbar). Fliegengitter am Fenster sehr wichtig bei den abends auftretentenden Mücken.

Cons:

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr,sehr unsauber. Schimmel und Silberfischchen im Bad. Kaffeemaschine, Dunstabzug,Seifenspender im Bad ,alles war dreckig. Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig.Die Haustür schließt immer mit einem lauten Knall.Die Wohnung müsste eigentlich komplett renoviert werden.Der Preis für die Wohnung ist eine Frechheit.

Wir haben uns darüber geärgert, das das Appartement nicht mit den Fotos bei booking com übereinstimmte. Das dargestellte Appartement war gehobenere Klasse, wahrscheinlich die gehobene Variante. So hatten wir auch z.b. zu wenig Sitzgelegenheiten für 4 Personen u. auch Ausstattung u. Schnitt der Wohnung entsprachen nicht unserer Wohnung. Das ist nicht fair, besonders bei dem Preis.

Leider war das Wäschepaket nicht da und wir mussten die Betten auf Nachfrage selber beziehen. Der Boden war auch nicht so richtig sauber.

Die Lage ist sehr Zentral und schön, es sind ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung an sich war leise und groß.

Cons:

Wir hatten eine ziemlich heiße Dachgeschosswohnung ohne Aufzug - da wir vorher erst an einem anderen Ort waren, hatten wir leider große Koffe dabei die ziemlich schwer dort hinauf zu buchsieren waren. Wir hatten bei Buchung vergessen darauf zu achten ob es einen Aufzug gibt oder nicht. Der Flur war leider ziemlich dreckig und wir hatte einen Topf in der Schublade mit dunklen Flecken am Boden die nach Schimmel aussahen. Es gab einen Seifenspender der fest an der Wand montiert war von dem man hätte annehmen können, dass Seife vorhanden ist - dieser war aber leer. In der Dusche gab es eine flexible Glasscheibe vor dem Fenster die uns beim lüften bei einem Durchzug beinahe ins zuschlagende Fenster geraten wäre. Da weiß man dann wofür bei Buchung eine Kaution hinterlegt werden musste.
