Metzy Residence Hotel

Love this hotel. I safe an the staff made feel family member. Walking from beach and alway from party scenery. Perfect location.

This is my second time staying at this resort and I feel that standards have dropped and repairs are not dealt with quickly and clients are being put in faulty rooms. I was moved twice before getting a decent room. I think next time I will choose a different resort.

Brilliant place to stay, magnificent staff,very clean definately recommend this hotel.

I stayed for two days only to experience the rooms at the hotel. I was placed in a room with no cleaning before arrival. No towels no toilet paper and a broken toilet seat. My plan was to stay 7 days but I changed my mind and went to another hotel. The front desk clerk girl acted like I was bother to her for asking of my demands for a clean room.

The place was clean, their staff are nice and it is close to other tourist attractions spots

It was my second stay at Metzy. The staff so very friendly and accommodating. Only wish for more variety breakfast for non pork nor beef eaters.

My stay was really nice, the only downfall was the internet had no wife for best part of my stay, I had to go out of the room to get it… staff are very professional and very polite…. Will def recommend and will stay here again

I like there was security gate. The cook did outstanding on the food. The cleaner alway provides extra', they alway accommodate. The staff at desk was protest of they guest piracy. My room had a view of lots natural, on last a saw a monkey, lors birds, and butterfly.

The staff at the property were excellent. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We ended up staying there nearly 3 weeks and in that time it was comforting to know that staff was concerned for you if you were away from your routine. This was particularly reassuring as we were two senior women travelling without our husbands. We felt very safe.

If there was an issue with anything the issue was addressed in a timely manner. It is clear that the facility is working to improve the quality of its property. Without a doubt I would recommend this property as a great place to stay.

On a whole the staff was welcoming, polite and very professional. Couldn't come to the reasoning for only 1 bottle of water in the room on arrival. Service was slightly slow when requested anything for the room. A few things that needed to be put right, No shower gel in the dispensers, Do not disturb or room cleaning required did not work. Flushing of the toilet jammed but I worked it out before I left so that it the water never kept running all the time in the system. All in all a pretty comfortable stay.

Fabulous friendly hotel great for children lovely pool spacious rooms with air con cleaned every day great breakfast with different choices daily we had a brilliant 2 weeks definitely go back again

Staff are friendly exceptionally hardworking and enjoying their job

Room and bed are confortable. But the staff who take care of cleaning and cleanliness do not do their job well, especially in the toilets. More effort will be needed to provide customers with clean towels. The swimming pool is very beautiful

Location was good but the access road needs upgrading. The whole building needs refurbishing because of poor maintenance the building is dilapidated. Aisha was a fantastic receptionist always trying her best to solve difficult issues. Cleaning was extremely bad. Breakfast choice was limited. A big Shout out to Ibrahim in the restaurant.

The hotel needs to be closed for serious refurbishment, maintenance is poor cleanliness is poor staff shortages lack of training

The Metzy Hotel has potential but requires:
1. Capital injection to upgrade facilities and improve the structure generally.
2. Trained and effective management team to support main areas of services
3. Cleaning staff- they are continuously under strain and ill equipped to carry out their work.

The location of the hotel is ideal with access to other resorts, businesses and local communities.

Isha at the reception desk was vey helpful and professional. She however needs support from management as she takes a lot of customer grief.
