Pros:

Super śniadanie, świetny widok z hotelu, super lokalizacja

Cons:

Widać na zdjęciach jakie są wejścia do łazienek - mleczne drzwi prysznicowe, więc niestety wszystko słychać. To akurat na minus, fajnie by było gdyby to było zmienione.

Pros:

Pas trop top l'emplacement il y a une vingtaine d'escalier a descendre, tres fatiguant a chaque fois , il et a la fin du centre ville la galère les soir on mettez 25 minute pour y arriver beaucoup trop de monde pas de place de parking , les parking son payant 11 euro par jours .

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Mardin. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Old Town, just a short walk from all the main sights and attractions. The service was truly exceptional; the staff went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, including arranging transportation and making calls on our behalf.

The hotel was extremely clean and well-maintained. A special mention goes to the lovely cleaning lady who did an impeccable job - everything was spotless, and her attention to detail really stood out. Breakfast was also great, with a nice variety of food to choose from each morning.

The interior of the hotel is beautiful and authentic, creating a warm atmosphere, it even has 2 terraces to chill on. The overall ambience and the view from the hotel were absolutely stunning.

The only downside was that our room didn’t have a window, which made ventilation a bit difficult. The bathroom and toilet seemed to have been added later inside the room, which appears to be common in most similar hotels in the area.

On the bright side, the internet connection was excellent throughout our stay. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mardin.

Die Aussicht und das Hotel-Direktion waren sehr freundlich und wir müssten Stornieren 2 Tage bei Rückkehr von Midyat und Sie haben es voll die Reservierung voll Rückerstattet..!👌🙏👌

Die Lage des Merdin Boutique Hotels ist wirklich top – zentral und ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Leider gibt es jedoch keine Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir mussten unser Auto ziemlich weit weg abstellen und das Gepäck mühsam dorthin tragen, was sehr anstrengend war.

Positiv hervorheben möchte ich das Personal: alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück war lecker und völlig ausreichend – hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

Enttäuschend war allerdings das Zimmer. Es war klein, nicht sauber und das Bad in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Teilweise lief kein Wasser oder es kam nur kaltes Wasser. Im Zimmer selbst war deutlich sichtbarer Schimmel, und die Feuchtigkeit war extrem – Bettwäsche und Matratze waren feucht, morgens stand Kondenswasser auf dem Boden und sogar meine Schuhe waren nass. Der Schimmelgeruch war so stark, dass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war.

Die Beschreibungen und Fotos auf der Homepage entsprechen leider nicht der Realität. Ich hatte keine hohen Erwartungen, da es kein 5-Sterne-Hotel ist, aber so viel Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel sind gesundheitlich nicht vertretbar.

Fazit: Freundliches Personal und gute Lage, aber der Zustand der Zimmer ist absolut inakzeptabel.

Hôtel bien situé et pratique pour visiter Mardin, mais long séjour compliqué à cause du manque de confort et de communic
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien situé, en plein cœur de la vieille ville de Mardin, ce qui permet de visiter tout à pied.
-Pour un séjour court (une ou deux nuits), c’est parfait.
-Certains membres du personnel, notamment un jeune homme, ont été très serviables : ils m’ont aidée à monter mes bagages et ont trouvé un taxi pour mon départ. Je tiens à les remercier pour leur disponibilité et leur aide.

Cons:

Pour un séjour plus long (8 jours), cela devient compliqué : la chambre n’a pas été nettoyée ni changée pendant toute la durée.
-Absence d’information et de communication à l’arrivée : on ne vous explique rien (heure du petit-déjeuner, services disponibles…) et personne ne s’assure que tout se passe bien par la suite.
-Comportement d’une personne en particulier : malgré mes demandes répétées pour un taxi et de l’aide pour les bagages, rien n’a été fait le jour J. Cela m’a semblé inadmissible et non professionnel.

Rien, j’ai fait une erreur dans les dates lors de la réservation, réservation faite très à l’avance, demande faite pour un changement de dates, aucune réponse de l’établissement ! Demande d’annulation faite et refusée sans aucune explication

Zimmer sind Sanierungsbedürftig

Tagsüber war das Personal einigermaßen Bemüht und freundlich.
Das Frühstück war genug und und die Bedienung freundlich.
Der Ausblick war das Beste an dem Hotel.

Cons:

Das Personal in der Nachtschicht war schon ab 22.00 Uhr auf der Couch beim Schlafen und wachte erst auf nachdem einige Gäste sich in Hotellobby aufhielten. Während der ganzen Nacht waren die Türen zum Hitel offen und quasi unbeaufsichtigt.
Die Zimmer waren sehr verstaubt und die Möbel, sowie die Gegenstände waren reparaturbrdürftig.
Das Fenster war nicht verschliessbar, die Vorhänge waren von der Schiene teilweise abgerissen. Die hälfte der Decke war verschimmelt.
Der Zutritt zum WC und Duschraum war in der Schrankverkleidung verbaut und man musste musste über dem Bett steigen um dorthin zu gelangen.
Es war ein mini Handwaschbecken an der Wand, wo das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn nich in das Becken lief, sondern seitlich an die Kannte des Beckens. Das WC-Becken war in die Ecke eingequetscht.
Im ganzen war das Zimmer sehr unbequem und sehr vernachlässigt. Ich würde in diesem Hotel nicht nocjmal buchen und rate auch jrdem davon ab.

Breakfast was really good, the view was amazing and location convenient. Room was basic but comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful (don't speak English but not an issue) and overall the price was good for the city.

Cons:

Room was very small and a bit cramped but nothing too serious.
