Das Frühstück war OK, Aussicht ist super

Cons:

Die Lage ist Schlecht man muss die Koffer die Stiegen hinunter tragen bis zum Hotel im Hotel dann nocheinmal hinunter tragen das ist nicht OK, und die Bettwäschen sind nicht sauber, Im Zimmer gibt es keine Fenster das Bad ist sehr klein, die Betten nicht komfortabel.

Super śniadanie, świetny widok z hotelu, super lokalizacja

Cons:

Widać na zdjęciach jakie są wejścia do łazienek - mleczne drzwi prysznicowe, więc niestety wszystko słychać. To akurat na minus, fajnie by było gdyby to było zmienione.

Pas trop top l'emplacement il y a une vingtaine d'escalier a descendre, tres fatiguant a chaque fois , il et a la fin du centre ville la galère les soir on mettez 25 minute pour y arriver beaucoup trop de monde pas de place de parking , les parking son payant 11 euro par jours .

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Mardin. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Old Town, just a short walk from all the main sights and attractions. The service was truly exceptional; the staff went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, including arranging transportation and making calls on our behalf.

The hotel was extremely clean and well-maintained. A special mention goes to the lovely cleaning lady who did an impeccable job - everything was spotless, and her attention to detail really stood out. Breakfast was also great, with a nice variety of food to choose from each morning.

The interior of the hotel is beautiful and authentic, creating a warm atmosphere, it even has 2 terraces to chill on. The overall ambience and the view from the hotel were absolutely stunning.

The only downside was that our room didn’t have a window, which made ventilation a bit difficult. The bathroom and toilet seemed to have been added later inside the room, which appears to be common in most similar hotels in the area.

On the bright side, the internet connection was excellent throughout our stay. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mardin.
