FOOD NEEDS ATTENTION
Pros:

The rooms.are excellent and security quaranteed

Cons:

They must work on their food it's not upto standard and does not meet value for money. Breakfast alakat? Served very little and taking too long . Why would one pay all the money and can't be allowed to serve themselves on what they want to eat as opposed to being kept waiting for food to be prepared...it's bad bad bad I even left without some items I had ordered ..Can only go there to sleep but not to eat .. bed only nothing else

The staff were exceptional — friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. The overall atmosphere felt calm, elegant, and secure — perfect for a relaxing stay in Nakuru. Breakfast was superb — fresh fruit, perfectly made omelets, local Kenyan tea, and plenty of variety. Everything was well-presented and served with care. The location is ideal: peaceful yet close to the town center and main attractions like Lake Nakuru.

Nothing major — everything worked smoothly and exceeded expectations.

Pros:

The customer service and experience was exceptional from check in to check out. The room was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet being downtown. We enjoyed eating in the restaurant as the food quality was very good. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Pros:

Only location is good.

Cons:

1. There is no AC in the room
2. There is no room service after 10 in the evening, so if you need even water you can't get it... They describe themselves as 4 star hotel
3. Staff are not helpful and keep asking you every 5 minutes if you are happy while they can't even extend check out 1 hour after 10 in the morning.
4. Leakage in toilet and door can't close
