Pros:

Location and cleanliness

Cons:

Staff couldn’t speak no English. No breakfast available. No shuttle bus as advertised and swimming pool had canopy cover so no sunlight.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help, which made a big difference. The location was great—nice and quiet, but still easy to get around.

Cons:

The rooftop terrace and pool were really good and a great place to relax. The only downside was that the sun loungers were under a canopy, so you couldn’t really enjoy direct sunlight, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the rooftop area itself was very nice.

Ein schönes, angenehmes Hotel in ruhiger Lage, in einer Ecke, wo man kaum etwas von anderen hört. Es gibt einen Pool. Der Balkon hat mir sehr gut gefallen! Vielen Dank.

Cons:

Das ist natürlich eine persönliche Angelegenheit, aber mir war die Matratze etwas zu weich.

Very good value for money!
Pros:

Very nice little hotel in an arena little outside the center of HCMC. Offers late check-out.
Enjoyed the spacious room and the pool on the rooftop!

Cons:

A little noisy as there is build a lot right now in the area.

Útulný hotel. Cena je dobrá za to čo ponuka a na to, že je trocha ďalej od centra. V okolí hotela sú zaujímavé reštaurácie a obchody :) je to prijemne kto hľadá niečo lacnejšie a zároveň s bazénom na streche. Veľmi milý personál. Izby boli čisté a pekné. Matrac pohodlná. Chválim sprchu pri bazéne a ležadlá. Síce iba 3, ale stačilo nám to :)

Cons:

Bazén bol mierne zelený na podlahe, ale inak bol čistý. Škoda, že nefungovalo bazénové svetlo pretože bazén mal od polovice tmavú podlahu a nebolo vidieť na dno.

Pros:

Personalen var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma speciellt den äldsta mannen, även fast han knappt kunde engelska.

Cons:

Området är väldigt högljutt, byggnaden är också väldigt dåligt isolerad. Vaknade halv 5 på natten av världens högsta musik från antagligen grannarna, som varade ett bra tag och gjorde det omöjligt att sova.

Pros:

La piscine sur le toit, le calme de la ruelle, la directrice qui parle français, le lit confortable. Le staff adorable, les petits restos et bars autour. Tout était très bien.

Lovely hotel in quiet area
Pros:

The place is clean and the room is very big. The swimming pool on the roof top is quite nice.
We were welcomed by the nicest person we have met on our voyage.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit far from the city center. However, it is really quiet in the area, so you may put it to the plus side depending on what you are looking for.

I would stay here every time! The price is right it is clean and safe and super friendly! Super close to all the other d
Pros:

The owners are so accommodating and lovely. They helped with where to eat right away and this may not be district 1 but so close it didn’t matter and the food around this area is phenomenal.

Cons:

There was no safe in the room however I didn’t feel unsafe leaving my stuff out of one. This area is so quiet and safe. The only other thing I would say if the pool was open a little bit later. Most day tours get back at 7-8pm and the pool then is closed at 8. Would be nice to have a swim after a long day.
