Alles bestens: Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, Zimmer super (wir bekamen ein Upgrade sowie eine Flasche Prosecco zur Begrüßung).
Vor allem die Lage des Hotels ist phänomenal! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für alles!

A great hotel, with very friendly staff and good location.
Pros:

We were given a free room upgrade which was lovely as was the room.

Cons:

On the whole it was great, breakfast was a little delayed on our last morning so not the full choice available by the time we needed to leave.

Stay at the hotel was great, definitely not a 2-star hotel.
Pros:

We were upgraded to a room with a Jacuzzi which was something we really appreciated. Breakfast was very good. The room was large as was the bathroom. Wifi worked perfectly and the 55" TV offered a number of selections including free movies using the Now app. The location is smack in the middle of Via Toledo. There's a bus stop right at the entrance and metro stations a few minutes away. A 15 min walk takes you to Piazza del Plebiscito which leads you further down to the sea near Castell Dell'Ovo, etc.

Cons:

Nothing really to fault. Just ask how to use the lift if you're not fond of climbing stairs. We're tried using it once but it's code protected but honestly we didn't bother to ask.

La Dolce Vita in Napoli
Pros:

Unser Mädelstrip nach Neapel mit Ausflügen nach Positano, an die Amalfiküste und nach Capri war rundum gelungen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt: Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Zimmer hatte besonderen Charme und das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hilfreich waren die vielen Tipps und Restaurantempfehlungen. Zusätzlich haben wir ein tolles Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen! Wir sind immer noch sooo happy und kommen gerne wieder! ✨

The hotel is located in a great location and the rooms are nice
Pros:

The communication after reserving was great. I was unsure about getting there after arriving at the train station and they arranged a pickup which was great. The staff are very friendly. The room was large with a very high ceiling and we liked it. The breakfast is very good. We arrived well before check in time and we left our baggage in front of the reception and went out and then came back when it was time to check in. We also left our bags again when we checked out and came back and picked them up before heading to the train station. The staff gives perfect and detailed information about what to do when you arrive at the hotel late at night and it worked perfectly. We did not have any issues with the staff or our room and I would book this place again when in Naples.

There was no safe in the room, however we did not have any issues
