It was adequate for what we needed and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Authentic.

Cons:

On third floor and had screened scaffolding across the entire rear of the property.Completely covered our room and bathroom windows preventing natural light.
Having said that,when we complained they did put us in a better room,although at extra cost.

Sistemazione in palazzo storico in Via Toledo posizione assolutamente perfetta per una visita alla citta', con fermata Metro a pochi passi.
Camera ampia ,pulita,,ordinata sempre su Via Toledo,ma ben insonorizzata.
Un plauso a tutto lo staff estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile.
Colazione trionfale ,con,tra le altre cose a disposizione,una varieta' incredibile di dolci veramente eccellenti.
Nel complesso da consigliare assolutamente.

Cons:

In bagno mancavano gli asciugamani piccoli per il bidet e consiglierei una dotazione piu' consistente e piu' pratica, che non le bustine, di shampoo /bagnoschiuma

Excellent séjour dans un établissement de qualité idéalement situé.
Pros:

Le personnel était très aimable, professionnel et disponible. L'entrée de l'immeuble au premier abord peut paraître vétuste mais en fait on se rend vite compte que la partie occupée par l'établissement, c'est à dire les étages supérieurs, a été rénové et modernisé tout en conservant son cachet, dans la mesure où il s'agit d'un ancien palace. De plus l'emplacement sur la via Tolèdo est idéal pour rayonner entre le centre historique, le port pour les déplacements en bateau vers les différentes îles de la baie de Naples et le quartier espagnol dont l'artère principale est située à une trentaine de mètres de l'entrée de l'hôtel. De plus le déjeuner était vraiment très copieux. Autre avantage non négligeable, il y a une station de taxi juste devant l'hôtel

Cons:

Pas grand chose, si ce n'est que l'accès à l'établissement le soir, alors que le portail extérieur est fermé, se fait par une petite porte, apparemment blindée, car lourde à manipuler, occupant la partie centrale du portail et obligeant à se baisser au point d'être difficile d'accès pour les grands qui s'y glissent plus qu'ils ne la passent. Mais j'ai pu constater que beaucoup d'autres entrées d'immeubles anciens présentaient la même configuration. Sans doute une particularité locale.

Un grand week-end à Naples
Pros:

Très bonne situation pour se balader à pied dans Naples et découvrir différents quartiers et points d’intérêt
On arrive rapidement par le métro à la gare pour aller sur la côte et vers les sites archéologiques
