Pros:

部屋も共用スペースも快適で、スタッフの対応も親切でした。

Cons:

食事がとても美味しかったです。
ペンションの雰囲気もとても良かったです。
どこか落ち着く感じでした。

Cons:

WiFiのアクセスポイントが複数提供されてますが、部屋から利用とした際に、全て電波が悪すぎてなにもできませんでした。


私の部屋のシャワーは無く、外より気温が高い印象でした。

トイレが廊下にあるのですが、全体的に古く、小便器が小さくて少ないです。

アメニティが少なすぎるのに、とにかくびっくり。
それ以外はとくに可もなく不可もなくといった感じ。

Great place, nice owners, lovely stay.
Pros:

Lovely little hotel type place. The two elderly who run it were both really friendly and helpful for any questions I had. Room was a really good size for the price and the communial area had lots to offer - massage chair, manga, tv, heating etc. And it's pet friendly!

both breakfast and dinner were great and had meal together with my best friend and my dog.

Pros:

The location is nice (about a 30 minute winding road drive from Karuizawa station), but the building is a bit on the older side. Dogs are allowed, and the walls are a bit thin, so when someone walks by outside or the (quite loud) AC unit switches on, expect to hear barking no matter what time it is. The beds are also quite old and not particularly comfortable.
