Comodo e bello, peccato per la pulizia…
Pros:

L’appartamento è molto spazioso e gli spazi per organizzati con tutto l’essenziale per il soggiorno. Molto comodo il servizio del parcheggio. Ottima la posizione e la vista e ottima l’assistenza da parte della reception.

Cons:

Tutto molto sporco dagli spazi comuni alla camera.
Avevamo prenotato per due e abbiamo trovato cinque letti pronti (tra cui un divano letto) che mi sembra uno spreco.
Per recuperare spazio e per poterlo usare abbiamo chiuso il divano letto e sotto é uscito di tutto… Ho pensato di pulire e andando nel ripostiglio sul balcone ho trovato di tutto… sporco e ragnatele ovunque a parte, c’erano anche delle cicche di chissà quale soggiorno precedente….
Lo stesso si può dire degli spasi comuni: corridoi e ascensore sporchi e nei tre giorni di soggiorno non sono stati puliti. Mi dispiace fare una recensione negativa ma questo ha reso il soggiorno meno piacevole e la struttura meno accogliente…

Gute Lage, viele Möglichkeiten in Umgebung, Restaurants in der Nähe. Trient ist immer eine Reise wert.
Pros:

Gute Lage in Altstadtnähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Große Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht. Geschirrspüler und großer Kühlschrank sind vorhanden.

Cons:

Ausstattung der Küche war abgenutzt und unvollständig, wenig Geschirr, einige Töpfe sind nicht für den Induktionsherd nicht geeignet.

Ottima struttura, appartamento spazioso, con qualche accorgimento da fare, per il resto nulla da dire, staff gentile e pronti a risolvere ogni problema.

Cons:

Purtroppo la casa era freddissima, il riscaldamento non funzionava, nell’ultimo giorno del soggiorno quando Luca era alla reception ha capito che qualcosa non andava, infatti mi ha offerto di cambiare appartamento, ma ormai, dovevo partiture il giorno dopo e sono rimasta lì. Per il resto e tutto andato bene.

Pros:

Gostei muito da localização e da zona envolvente que é muito perto do centro de Trento, o supermercado é relativamente perto do apartamento e existe uma pizzaria no mesmo edifício com takeaway. Os transportes públicos são gratuitos mediante o pagamento da taxa turista no alojamento, bastando instalar uma aplicação no telemóvel dos transportes públicos em Trento.

Es cuarta vez que me quedo por varios dias, pero cada año esta mas abandonado .

cucharones, copas, jabón muy poco para 4 personas
No hay para congelar
Podrían tener un poco de detergente lava ropa
No tenían escoba para barrer ni pala.
Nos preguntaron por desgaste de un sofa y el sofa estaba así desde que llegamos .

Bello, ma si puó fare di meglio.

La struttura é molto bella e funzionale . La posizione é anche ottima se si vuole stare un pochino lontano dal centro, immersi nella natura.

Cons:

Purtroppo l'accoglienza del personale non é stata delle migliori. Abbiamo trovato uno degli appartamenti sporco e non sistemato per accogliere 6 persone. Inoltre, inizialmente il receptionist non é stato per niente d'aiuto e non trovava soluzioni. Successivamente hanno dato la possibilità di cambiare camera, e questa fortunatamente era sistemata, pulita e spaziosa. L'inconveniente può capitare, però la soluzione deve essere trovata senza essere scorbutici o inconcludenti.
