We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and we especially want to thank James for his outstanding service. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful.

When we needed extra pillows and a blanket for our child, James went out of his way to help us and made sure everything was arranged quickly and thoughtfully. His warm attitude and genuine care made us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of.

James is a great example of excellent hospitality and a real asset to the hotel. We are very happy with our stay and truly appreciate both James and the hotel team for making our experience so pleasant and memorable.

飯店位置

Great location right at Gongdeok station (one of the AREX train stops, Line 5, Line 6 and Gyeongui-Jangang). Many local restaurants in the area however most of them open until 9pm. It is more like a business district area. There are coffee shops and Oliver Youngs near by, but it is totally different vibe from Hongdae or Myeondong. The bed is super comfortable. Generous room size! One of the best hotels I ever stay.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. James Kwak at Glad Mapo for his outstanding service. I had ordered food through the Baemin app, and when it was marked as delivered, I couldn’t find the driver or my order anywhere near the designated drop-off spot. Unable to reach Baemin customer service through the app or by phone due to the language barrier, I went to the front desk feeling anxious and hungry, hoping for help.

James immediately understood my situation and stepped in to contact Baemin on my behalf. It turned out the driver had been unable to locate the hotel and had discarded my order. Though resolving delivery issues isn’t part of his usual hotel duties, James went well beyond what was expected to help me.

I’m truly grateful that Glad Mapo has a team member like James. His attentiveness, patience, and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier, and he’s a wonderful example of what excellent hospitality looks like.

글래드 마포의 제임스 곽 씨의 탁월한 서비스에 진심으로 감사의 말씀을 전하고자 합니다. 저는 베이민 앱을 통해 음식을 주문했는데, 배달로 표시되었을 때는 지정된 픽업 장소 근처 어디에서도 기사님이나 제 주문을 찾을 수 없었습니다. 언어 장벽 때문에 앱이나 전화로 베이민 고객센터에 연락할 수 없어서, 도움을 바라며 불안하고 배고픈 마음으로 프런트 데스크로 갔습니다.

제임스는 제 상황을 즉시 이해하고 제 대신 배민에게 연락해 주었습니다. 알고 보니 운전기사가 호텔을 찾지 못해 제 주문을 취소해 버린 것이었습니다. 배송 문제를 해결하는 일은 그의 일반적인 호텔 업무에는 포함되지 않지만, 제임스는 제가 기대한 것보다 훨씬 더 많은 도움을 주었습니다.

Glad Mapo에 제임스와 같은 팀원이 있어 정말 감사하게 생각합니다. 그의 세심한 배려와 인내, 그리고 진심 어린 관심 덕분에 스트레스가 많은 상황이 훨씬 수월해졌고, 그는 훌륭한 환대가 어떤 모습인지 보여 주는 멋진 본보기입니다.

The hotel is very convenient. I arrived before the checkin time, but still had a room luckily. That's helped me a lot. The receptionist James is very very nice and helpful ^ ^.

Location

Station de métro avec sortie directement à l'hôtel. Emplacement un peu excentré mais accessible facilement en transports publics (bus ou métro). Petit déjeuné très tôt (ça semble être une coutume en Corée). Chambre confortable

房間舒適，空間足夠，新淨企理，在孔德站上，亦有電梯

The location is very convenient as the airport subway is just right to this hotel. There isn’t any self service laundry but the hotel does provide laundry in house. The rooms are clean too.

It's a good travel, and the staff Ella is very nice, smile sweet and attitude very friendly. She is helpful, and the room is large and quiet. Breakfast is a little not good, the food taste is just a food, and the tipe of food is less. All in all is a good journey in Glad, & nice to see you glad,

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank Belle at the front desk for her excellent service. She was very patient, kind, and helpful when I needed assistance, which made my stay much easier and more enjoyable. I really appreciate her help and would definitely recommend this hotel!
