I'm So Glad to Stay at Glad Mapo
Pros:

Excellent location, just a short walk from Gongdeok Station Exits 8, 9, and 10, with lots of great food nearby. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people. Loved the open closet concept too — it made it easy to store our luggage and hang our clothes neatly. Very smart and functional design.

Cons:

It would be helpful to have more hangers in the room. The bathroom sliding door was a little stiff and tended to make some noise when opening and closing. There was also a noticeable wait for the elevators to service the upper floors.

Pros:

직원들이 너무 친절했음. 혼자 여행이고, 새벽에 근무해야해서 대부분 조용한 환경이었음 했음.
내 방이 그랬던건지는 모르겠지만, 내가 묵었던 방 복도가 유독 조용했고, 그래서 더 만족함. 창밖 풍경도 나름 만족, 일단 내려가자마자 지하철인거는 합격, 공항철도 역 앞이라 공항에서 이동도 대만족. 아 특히 객실 정리해주시던 분이 정말 친절하셨음.

Cons:

엘레베이터가 너무 안옴. 급해죽겠는데, 로비가는 손님이 1층까지 가는 엘레베이터 사용하는등 진짜 답답해 죽는줄 알았음.
로비에서 호텔층까지, 1층에서 호텔층까지 구분을 해놔도 외국인 여행객들은 잘 모르는듯함. 그냥 이거나 저거나 막 탑승하니, 오래걸릴 수 밖에 없음... 내려갈때 사람들이 많을시간 이용하면 3분 이상 걸릴수도.. 참고하세요.

Great stay with all the convenience around the hotel.
Pros:

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel. The location is great with AREX within walking distance and sheltered path. Nearby hotel there's a lot of restaurants.

Cons:

The pillows are too soft. Requested for another one.

部屋のコンセント（電源）に不具合があり、パソコンや携帯の充電に問題が生じた。部屋に戻ったのが夜遅かったので、それから専門の人に見てもらい直してもらった。
