Take ground floor or first floor room for better enjoyment.

Pros:

The staff were decent but the services were very disappointing. The location was fine.

Cons:

The food and the waiting time for any service was disappointing. Order something and wait for an hour. Seems they were short of staff. Even the food was very average with very limited options. Breakfast was the same each day with limited options. Ordering food from outside was far more quick than their restaurant or room service.

Cute value for money boutique hotel in convenient central location
Pros:

Its a good value for money hotel in heart of Gantok near MG Marg..so convenient location . The suite we got had big terrace with good view which was very nice.. overall nice stay with friendly and helpful staff ..they go out of thier way to help with taxi etc.

Cons:

The hotel has quite steep steps and no lift ..it didnt bother us as we were a young family. But for elders and those who cannot navigate steep steps may face some issue ..I dont think they have rooms on ground floor so be sure to check this aspect if applicable ..
otherwise there was nothing not to like .

We had a great stay — the hotel was excellent, everything was easily reachable, and the staff was always helpful and available whenever needed.

Excellent and memorable stay. I will like to stay again in future. Staffs behaviour are ececellent.

Rooms are excellent and mountain views are excellent.

Experiece was awaesome.

Cons:

The location is near from the MG road about 1 KM and having very steep slope traffic road. We used taxi for to & fro from the Property with our elder family members.

Ce n’est pas la première fois que je réserve dans cet hôtel de retour de Lachung. Séjour dans surprise. Chambre confortable . Bonne localisation, près du centre ville ou l’on peut accéder à pieds.
