Since the stay was brief, the service was good but the receptionist was a bit rude and cared less about the approach made to them. It's a big Negative as far as dealing with guests is concerned since it's a hospitality ground.

My friend and I had the most wonderful stay at Nettle and Fern. Everything about this place is amazing. The location, the facilities and the view we had from our room, and not to mention the delicious food they serve! 😄 We extended our stay here because we were so happy with the service. I would like to convey my special thanks to the staff, they are all so kind, professional and helpful. They always made sure we were comfortable. Thank you for this amazing experience, would definitely visit again 💓

Pros:

I loved my stay here. Western level standards. I felt so comfortable and safe here as a solo female traveler. Super fair prices. The mountain veiws from the room are so magical. It felt like a little oasis in crazy India. The staff were all friendly and kind. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!

Pros:

Great value for the money! Amazing clean room, and upon checkout I took an early shared cab for Darjeeling and they were attentive enough to pack me a breakfast to go.

Cons:

The view is great but it is one km away from the main avenue Mg Marg. However, I never felt unsafe walking to and back, even at night.

Très bien
Pros:

Chambres confortables, propres et bien équipées.
Personnel très agréable et répondant rapidement aux demandes.
Plutôt bien situé malgré la pente rude pour aller jusqu'à MG Marg.
Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Cons:

Les chambres sur la route sont très bruyantes surtout quand les chiens aboient presque toute la nuit, même si l'hôtel n'y peut pas grand chose mis à part revoir l'isolation des fenêtres.
