Would stay at the hotel again
Pros:

Beautiful scenery, lovely spa , comfortable beds

Cons:

Breakfast was good but only one type of eggs which was scrambled and not very nice , had a evening meal which was overpriced and not very nice , so we didn’t eat in hotel after that

Great staff, nice spa, needs a freshen up in places
Pros:

Loved the spa. Particularly where you could relax and sun bath. The outside bar was a nice touch in this hot weather too.

Cons:

A lot of it needs a bit of TLC / freshen up. Outdoor seating area off the restaurant was very shabby. Needs a new deck or repaint.

A pleasant stay in a lovely setting
Pros:

Very friendly, pleasant setting very restful with the lake to look upon, Spa was lovely. Clean and great sized room. Breakfast was perfectly adequate, warm and fresh. A little more continental and pastries would have been nice

Cons:

Didn't eat in the Brasserie due to dress-code stringency, I had no huge issue with this, but it was 30c and shorts were a no. It didn't spoil our stay though. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful location
Pros:

Location & setting
Food was good both breakfast and the meal we had in the evening

Cons:

It was a little tired - needs a little tlc especially the spa area
Air conditioning was not great & there was none in the stairwell
Water should be refreshed in the rooms everyday not just on arrival

Nice Spa, restaurant but breakfast a shocker
Pros:

Location, rooms good restaurant excellent evening meal, SPA an advantage

Cons:

Breakfast shocking for the standard of Hotel, SPA outside area too small and could nt use the spa before and after your departure cost you extra £18.50 which is outrageous considering cost of room

Pros:

We loved the setting. The staff were fab. Emma in reception was really helpful in getting taxis to festival. Our daughter and son in law joined us for a roast on Sunday. It was so good. All in all we had a wonderful stay. Thank you

Cons:

Just a couple of things. We were surprised there wasnt a fridge in the room. And we stayed for 3 nights and had to ask for more showergel. Wasnt a problem though.

A first rate hotel in a great location with extremely helpful staff
Pros:

Wonderful location with excellent views and very comfy beds.
All the staff went out of their way to accommodate our dietary needs

The menu doesn’t change for guests staying for a week or more.
