A nice stay
Pros:

A big place , like 2 rooms instead of one. I liked that there was a small fridge. Nice and warm. Comfortable bed. A good size toilet/ bathroom. A very good central location. Friendly staff. Clean.

An enjoyable stay at a very convenient location.
Pros:

Staff at reception were very helpful with my wife's missing phone ,nice coffee lounge,quirky buckets on bedroom floor to catch drips

Cons:

with my wife being not very mobile a lift would be handy , but difficult with listed buildings and very expensive

Honestly? I wouldn't pay someone to stay

Absolutely nothing. Stay away

Cons:

Used to be a decent place to stay but its massively gone downhill. No staff when you need them. No info on breakfast and for some reason wasn't been served until 9am... room was in a state. No signage to put up so workers didnt walk into my room whilst I was working. My property was touched and moved without permission. Carpet was coming away from the floor. Loads of dirt everywhere. Bed was as hard as the floor. No staff to sign you out in the morning. Coded door from the limited parking didnt work properly and the mechanism was coming away from the door as you try to open it. There's so much more but I'll run out of space to complain. All in all I want my money back!

An adventure: going downstairs to go upstairs. Fun.
Pros:

Breakfast was grrreat (fish soup!), although I didn't know of the arrangements until the young man came in in the morning with the sign.

Cons:

Parking was odd, and awkward with the one-way streets...but it worked out fine.

Holiday was good. Accomodation was awful.
Pros:

Breakfast was not included. Location was good. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

Room was awful. Room very dirty. Noisy. People banging doors. Traffic outside, motorbikes people in the street were loud.

Hotel is very tired and needs a bit of investment.
Pros:

The location was perfect for my visit.

Cons:

The room needed re-decorating. the wall paper was curling up at the edges, the shower was broken and needed a health warning. it sprayed the ceiling perfectly. The reception was locked up on checkout so couldn’t hand the keys back in person. no call point or box for keys.
