Adequate, we have stayed with you previously.
Pros:

Unfortunately no breakfast was available.
Fortunately, due to the good location we found a suitable place to eat.

Cons:

As we were an all male party and only there for 2 nights our requirements were not that demanding.

An adequate basic hotel, pleasant staff
Pros:

Location. Close to Ryde transport interchange and wetherspoons!
Sheets and towels very clean. Shower and bathroom good.

Cons:

Very old fashioned and a bit shabby. Pillows on bed very soft and bed hard.

The shower was utterly useless. It was dirty. The bed gave me a idea of what its like to sleep in a coffin, the bed was so hard.

Poorly looking room
Compared to the images of the lobby on Booking.com, the room was totally different vibe
Maze of corridors to get to the room - lot of level changes and temperature changes on the way.
The room was very bare.
Bathroom was pretty old and adding a Bluetooth mirror doesnt really do it justice. Upgrading the shower would be much better.

Good location for ferry and town centre. Quite good value for money

Cons:

Hotel looks in need of refurbishment. Signposting to and from rooms not very good. Television in my room didn't work. I reported this, but nothing was done. The hotel seems short staffed - it wasn't easy to find reception staff. Noise at night from nearby road and bar.

Pros:

Stayed at Yelf’s many times over the years - it is my go to choice when l stay in Ryde. Although it is very tired and is in need of redecoration l love the character, location & friendly staff. As a single traveler sometimes l always feel safe staying there.

Cons:

I was so disappointed with my last stay at Yelf’s. There was no offer of assistance with my suitcase up the stairs ( l am in my 70s), the tv was faulty and started flashing red & blue ( on/off lights) at some point overnight until l unplugged it at the wall. There was peeling paintwork & the room was generally poor. The awful noises at different times throughout the night l found out the next morning was the night porter dragging tables across a wooden floor. This was after a party in the function room which my bedroom sadly was above. All in all l had about 90 mins of broken sleep.

Alleen de prijs en locatie

Cons:

Oud en vervallen kamers misschien wel schoon maar in slechte staat plafond bladdert af kit randen vies en alles was gedateerd ook de buitenkant
Wij checkten uit om 8:00 en niemand te vinden in hele hotel dus sleutel via de met tralies afgesloten receptie maar op de balie gegooid
