This place is old and needs a major upgrade. The breakfast was terrible with limited options, but the staff were nice and helpful. Just the place is too outdated. 😩🍳👎🏨 #Renovation #Breakfast #Staff #Hotel

I have been to many places in. I normally do not leave reviews however I felt obligated as a customer service always said or miss on being polite or rude laundry service was outrageous costing nearly 3000 for less than 10 pieces of clothing, including underwear and socks.. I would never stay at this location again

Great stay for the cost

on arrival we found that our accommodation was not as advertised on their site.
the accommodation was supposed to have a private kitchen which was not the case, we found a space in the worktops where a cooker had been fitted. I even gave the general manager a comprehensive report on the situation, that he was clearly unhappy with bookings.com
We spent time together discussing the issues one morning.
I have even sent bookings.com CEO GLENN FOGLE several emails to which he has NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO RESPOND TO which just shows bookings com's attitude to complaints.

Wir hatten das günstigste Angebot gebucht und es war eine Katastrophe. Mit einem preiswerten Upgrad erhielten wir dann ein hervorragendes Appartement mit dem wir rundum zufrieden waren. Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Außenanlage mit Pool und Liegen. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und alles ist absolut sauber. Ein Stern Abzug weil das Frühstück und Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant sehr zu wünschen übrig lässt. Aber wenige Gehminuten am Strand entlang findet man das Char Choma Restaurant was wir sehr empfehlen können.

Nearness to the beach

The staff was very friendly.

I booked a balcony sea view but ended up with patio garden view and later got moved to a pool view. Staff said it was hotel.coms fault. When confronting hotel.com they did not want to accept the mistake even though the email confirmation clearly showed I paid for a balcony sea view.

Pool needs some cleaning.

It is right on the beach but due to constant high tides it is difficult to walk on the beach. Plus the beach is not very clean.

It was an amazing stay in the hotel...great customer service especially from the receptionist maua and the other girls..we will definitely come again in December ♥️

In total the price is good in exchange for what you got. There was not hot water in the shower and iven after a complain didnt fiz it in all my staying. And only one big towel no face towels at all.

I was unimpressed about the night shift front desk administrator. They could have done better.

Just average nothing truly stood out to me apart from the beach

Scenic location along the Indian Ocean coast was very appealing, and staff was friendly. Rooms were spacious, but not well maintained. (The A.C. in my room needed servicing, and shower water was saline and cold.) Buffet meals were OK, but a bit pricey given the cuisine.

The property is cery nice. The rooms are large and very accommodating.

Great staff. The manager was always around making sure that I and my friends were taken care of.

Really nice pool. Average rooms. With air conditioning, which is the most important part. Wifi works well the majority of the time. It’s good for the price. Just make sure your sheets are clean. The staff is exceptional though and will help you with whatever you need. Especially Doris who works at reception and is one of the most amazing and helpful people I have ever met. Such a genuinely kind person and really interested in helping you as best as she can. She made my stay worth it all on her own. The hotel is lucky to have her.

The apartment was fine and the service was very good but the hot plates on the cooker were rusted and the pots and frying pans smelt damp and mouldy
