The hotel doesn’t deserve 5 stars at all. It’s old, we had big humidity spots on the ceiling and next to the window. The spa area is too small for so many rooms and a bit dirty. The towels had dirty spots. We stayed 3 days but our room was never cleaned! When I asked the cleaning lady around 14:00 to tell us when they’ll clean the room, she answered that thay had a lot of work and she is not sure if she’ll manage to clean our room! And she never came to clean it! 3 days in a supposingly 5 star hotel without cleaning service of the room. Unacceptable!!! I had to ask at least for new towels at the reception in the evening as due to the spa, all our towels remained wet.

Der Spa-Bereich hat deutlich kleinere Kapazität und das Hotel ist übers Wochenende gut besucht.
Das Wasser in den Swimming- und Whirlpools ist dann trüb.
Ich hatte ein sehr kleines Zimmer für ein 5☆ Hotel.
Das Essen war aber gut und das Personal ist unglaublich nett.
Also ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Great place for a weekend getaway ! The food was amazing! The bathtub is high so not very appropriate for people with mobility issues.

Unfirtunatelly the hotel decided to refarbish the two small pools that are the only ones with mineral water and it took over 2 days. The smell if the owint was awful and could be smelled the third day after. The other pools -one inside and one outside were operatonal but there the water is mixed with cold tab water and has a lot of chlores that this time was really too much! They open the foors to ventilate the space in the morning so u come to the coldest place if kess then 8 degrees. It was cold weather and no heating in the rooms or coridors, only in the restaurant. They said there was sth with the system and can not do anything. So I got cold soon. The bed needs to be changed, it is deformed at both ends. The room was big but dark and cold since it is on the northern side.

Food shall be of better quolity when meet is concerned, and pillows too, curtons washed at least once a year, children controled not to jump all the time in the pools.

Good hotel, needs some additions for better comfort, like better pillows and eco soap (they used to have nice eco toaletries, now only cotton buds and pads are included). Also showers at the pools shall have shampoo. There is water maschine only at the big inner pool, once there were two. The carpets and curtains shall be cleaned at least twice a year. Food is ok but not great as it used to be, even the croassons are one day old and much smaller. Not enough vegetarian food.

In west Europe could be an average 3 star

I dont understand how they got a 5 star rating. Considering their location in a small town in comparison to others perhaps. The gront desk was neither courteous or friendly. No description of services included or available or their location. The room was far from 5 star, it smelled foul and the old brown carpet wet . The door stuck, and there was no "do not disturb " option.The safe was not functional. After a call to front desk a repair man was sent to fix safe but the smell was not addressed nor were we offered a different room or explanation or apology. Sleeping in that smell was not pleasant. Fortunately we only had a 2 night stay. Consider other options before booking here. The only positive i can say is the breakfast buffet was not bad.

This hotel hardly deserves 3 stars, not 5. Facilities looked dated, the only plus was the healing hot spring water.
The blind of one of the windows in the room was broken, the air-conditioning didn't work but the temperature in the room stayed at 27C - in February!; the safe didn't work, the shower was broken; breakfast and dinner rather basic, and you had to pay for the coffee in the room... In the Spa area some of the handrails were dangerously shaky, the supposedly warm benches were cold, the cold dip was without filtration and the water wasn't clean - to stop it here... For sure not going back again.
