Pros:

Parkplatz am Hotel sind kostenlos, wir waren zum 6x dort . Verkehrs Anbindung an und Abreise mit Auto sehr gut. Sehr kurzer Weg zur s-Bahn und sehr gute Lokalitäten in Neugraben gefunden.

Wir haben uns recht wohl gefühlt und kommen auch beim nächsten Hamburgbesuch gerne wieder hierher.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gewohnt umfangreich und bot alles, was wir brauchten, und mehr. Das Zimmer war gut zu erreichen und bei geschlossenem Fenster ruhig. Für uns war die Lage zum Bahnhof besonders günstig.

Cons:

In einer Ecke hatten sich noch ein paar Spinnweben versteckt und einmal wurde das Zimmer nur teilweise gereinigt.
Leider blieb die Haustür tagsüber oft nur angelehnt, so dass jeder ein- und ausgehen konnte.
Wir machten uns ein bisschen Sorgen, ob das Fenster im Badezimmer halten würde, weil sich die obere Aufhängung ungewohnt verhalten hat, wenn wir gelüftet haben. Aber es hat gehalten.

Preis-Leistung top, unkompliziertes Auschecken

Cons:

Kurz nach Beziehen des Zimmers stand ein Mitarbeiter in meinem Raum, um das Fenster zu schließen.

Ansonsten alles ein bisschen abgelebt und kein Zimmer wie auf den Bildern.

Frühstück war ok

Cons:

Extrem kurzfristige Info über einen angeblichen Wasserschaden. Müsste dann in ein Partnerhotel. Wenig bemühtes Personal. Schäbiges Zimmer, mit schmutzigen Gardinen, dessen Aufhängung kaputt war. Nikotingeruch im Zimmer. Extrem hellhörig. Laute Pump Geräusche jedes Mal, wenn Irgendjemand warmes Wasser laufen lässt.
