Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Saubere Zimmer, guter Service und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Hotel liegt auch sehr nahe zur S-Bahn Station.

Das Hotel war bei unserer Ankunft geschlossen, es gab zwar im Schwesterhotel die gebuchten Zimmer, aber zuvor keinerlei Hinweis darauf. Außerdem war unter der an der Tür angebrachten Telefonnummer nur ein Anrufbeantworter, die Nummer unter Booking.com führte uns zum Schwesterhotel, wo wir dann unter kamen.

Es war ein sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Nettes Personal.

Cons:

Es gab keine Möglichkeit jemanden im Hotel zu erreichen, vermutlich war die Nummer nicht mehr aktuell. Per E-Mail kam auch keine Reaktion. Sehr abgelegen, ohne Auto war es eine lange Fahrt ins Zentrum. Sehr hellhörig, wir hatten leider sehr laute Zimmernachbarn und bekamen dadurch kaum Schlaf.

Gute Unterkunft für einen Wochenend-Trip
Pros:

Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer mit guten Betten. Alles war sauber und in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, alles da was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht.
Da das Hotel ab unserem Abreisetag Betriebsferien macht wurde dafür gesorgt dass wir im Partnerhotel ganz in der Nähe frühstücken konnten.

Weder Zimmer noch Bad waren geputzt. Spinnen inklusive Spinnenweben sowie andere kleine Krabbeltiere im Bad. Schimmel an Decken und Fliesen.
Wollmäuse die uns überall entgegen kamen.

Dieses Zimmer kann eigentlich nur im Sommer vermietet werden. Wir werden dort nicht wieder übernachten.
Pros:

Zimmer und Bad sehr groß, abgewohnt. Bett und Parkplatz super.

Cons:

Zimmer und Bad waren bei Ankunft eiskalt. Bad konnte nur mit einer kleinen elektrischen Heizung betrieben werden, da die Orginalheizung entfernt wurde und alles Außenwände sind.

Gute Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Das Zimmer war einfach, aber völlig ausreichend ausgestattet.
Das Frühstück war vielfältig, lediglich Bäckerbrötchen hätten wir uns gewünscht.
Der Bahnhof ist gut fußläufig zu erreichen, so das man schnell in Lüneburg und Hamburg sein kann.
