Good idea in a good location
Pros:

The old city of Beersheva it’s not, to put it politely, competitive with the old city of Jerusalem. In truth, it is sadly rundown and somewhat dirty. There is an effort underway to slowly begin to revive it, mostly by making use of refurbished Turkish residences dating from before World War I. Several of these buildings have been turned into pleasant garden restaurants and in the case of the Anilevic, into a hotel. The location can’t be beat for the old city, and something of the atmosphere of the old Turkish city resides within its walls. The rooms are not large but adequate, modern, and well appointed. There is a small enclosed patio where one can have a snack, and there is access to a refrigerator and a coffee machine, although it really is not a place designed for one to do any serious cooking. My main reason for not giving it five stars was that the pool area is way too small. Basically, there is a small pool crammed into a corner and there is very little area to sunbathe or relax around the pool. If you are just interested in a quick dip, no problem; if you anticipate spending some time sunbathing or otherwise hanging around the pool, the set up is not ideal. Other than that, however I find nothing untoward about the establishment. The staff is friendly and efficient.

Far from being superb rating
Pros:

The hotel is not what I expected.
There rooms were not very clean.
There is no refrigerator in the room (one outside ice cream fridge for all rooms ), most of the time no one was at the reception, I asked for extra sheets but was told they don’t have .
The kettle did not have electricity socket in the wall .
The maintenance of the rooms is not very good.
Breakfast is very basic, no vegetables at all. ( not in the coffeeshop near by).
Hotel location is nice and quit.
Very small pool. There are nice outside sofas but the sheets covered them were not clean.

I expected much more from this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, very noisy at night
Pros:

From a design standpoint I have to agree with all the previous reviews, the hotel is small but beautiful, nicely decorated rooms with a very nice courtyard and jacuzzi. It’s therefore a real shame that there is a nightclub right next door. Unfortunately the music / beat is very audible in the rooms due to thin windows and walls. When we shared this feedback after sleeping only 4 hours for two nights in a row, the answer we got was that this part of the city is full of clubs and the hotel is unable to control the noise. Well ear plugs in the room would be a minimum we thought!
The breakfast is nice but extremely basic since the hotel doesn’t have a kitchen, some fruits, pastries and a couple of slices of cheese. Proper cutlery instead of plastic cutlery would be an easy fix ;-).
We are usually not the complaining type but here really wanted to share our experience, since I wish somebody would have told us how noisy it is.

Net, net - pretty hotel but overpriced for what you get. Only suitable for people with very good sleep or who want to party with the neighbors until 3am ;-)

Pros:

Rooms were very good, spoaceous, well decorated, but lacked certain things. Obviously the building is fairly old which gives it a great character, but the door to my room was glass and the bathroom right in front of it and only a net curtain over the door.

I stayed in the room pictured, with the original rock wall. It's elegant and tastefully decorated. There's a small kitchen for coffee, fruit and snacks. It's in the old town on a quiet street. The staff was very solicitous and kind.

Cozy place in old town of B7
Pros:

Nice place with traditional old-city style. The standard room is kind of small, I highly recommend to take the bigger rooms. The location is great, bars and restaurants are nearby and I love too see new places evolving in the old city every time I come as it has been neglected for many years. Beautiful courtyard to relax in the evening. Check-in was very friendly although missing to tell me about basic stuff (e.g. found the water kettle at second day behind the curtain 😅)

Probably better for relaxing and romantic staying
Pros:

I've been there for one night. I arrived after dinner. Service at the lobby seems to close at a certain time. WIFI not uniform around the building. Breakfast unavailable before 9 AM, but info about this were not shared at the time of booking. Breakfast price was charged anyway. My room was good looking, with Fashion\Zen style; direct access from the nice courtyard. Light switch looked not close to the bed, just at the door. TV with big screen, apparently with only one channel. Big shower in quite a small bathroom. Comfortable and nice bed. Room clean. Service not present at the lobby at the time of departure, at 7 AM. General look is fine, aiming probably to a relaxing ambiance for relaxed clients than for businessmen.

A very special and positive experience
Pros:

We had a conference in Be'er-Sheva and we were looking for a hotel for six speakers from abroad. We checked a number of alternatives in the city, and decided to go for the "Anilevich Hotel & Spa" - And this proved to be an excellent choice.
The hotel is beautiful, new and quiet. The service was fabulous and kind. There are also many restaurants and pubs within walking distance, which was great for a night out after a long day.
We recieved great feedbacks from our speakers and we'll sure host more guests in the hotel.
Lots of thanks to Meni who helped us with everything we needed, always with lots of patience and willingness to help.
