My First Time en New York For Christmas Time and it was Amazing

We had a lovely stay.
Pros:

I like that the staff was extremely friendly and very kind. My daughter's have the same b-day so we came down to celebrate. I mentioned to the staff that it was my girls b-day and one of the ladies there gave my girls a nice gift bag with lots of goodies. She didn't have to but she did and for that we are forever grateful.

Cons:

The only thing this hotel missing, is a microwave

No hot water in the building in the dead of winter. Absolutely horrible.

The shower did not work at all on night 1. on nights 2 and 3 it worked but the hot water in the entire building was out. on night 4, at 5:30am, a false fire alarm went on for over 10 minutes. worst stay in nyc in my life.

l’ottima posizione fa passare in secondo piano i piccoli “fastidi”
Pros:

posizione molto interessante fuori dal caos turistico, vicino al fiume, al pier wall st. della nyc ferry, al ponte di brooklyn e al fulton center.
varie fermate di metropolitana a pochi passi, bar, ristoranti e servizi comodi da raggiungere a piedi.

Cons:

camera fredda, difficile da scaldare nonostante il riscaldamento puntato alla massima potenza, molta attesa all’ascensore(consapevole di aver soggiornato a natale, in alta stagione), le camere vengono pulite tardi, a volte rientravamo alle 5pm e la camera non era ancora stata fatta, bagno minuscolo con wc davanti al lavandino, ci si é smagnetizzata la card per entrare in camera 2 volte.
