Perfect for all types of traveller
Pros:

Room was 4500 but comes with hot shower, modern private bathroom and breakfast. It's in a central location in walking distance of the amazing bridges and other attractions as well as restaurants and shops. The staff speak English (not many do in Algeria) and a tour can be arranged to Tiddis Roman ruins for a reasonable price. The room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast includes eggs which is again a rarity. Best bang for buck I had accommodation wise in Algeria.

Very nice place
Pros:

Very central in the old town, plenty of small shops nearby.
Good heating and hot running water (it is January!). Friendly and helpful staff, and some of them speaks English (very few people do here).
Breakfast included, but not so interesting - coffee almost only by name.
