La atención del personal la comodidad todo muy bien la comodidad de estacionamiento cada piso tiene su estacionamiento 👍😉 el desayuno los cuartos súper bien fríos todo muy bien seguiré reservando

Me gustó la vista que tiene al mar las habitaciones , la alberca , el jacuzzi, las habitaciones comidas y limpias, la ubicación es un hotel muy bonito....

Cons:

La única sugerencia es la comida del buffet no es buena y no hay variedad , deberían poner más variedad ..... El restaurante buena atención pero precios altos. ...... De ahí en fuera todo muy bien en el hotel ....

Reservas la habitacion estandar, pensando que tendra cama doble por que no lo especifica en el anuncio, pero llegando al hotel te dicen que no tienen disponibles, por lo que pedi la cancelacion y dicen que no les corresponde a ellos, si no que a booking y booking comenta lo contrario...

No facturan y menos contestan.
Pros:

Lo que no me agrado, fue que a mi check out me dijeron que no me podían dar factura por que la reserva fue por booking, sabiendo que ellos son el vendedor final y la tienen que emitir. Siempre hago mis reservas así y no había tenido tema. Sólo me dijeron que me la enviarían, como para que ya no les dijera ya nada en la recepción y quitarse un peso de encima. Al solicitarla nuevamente pues negación. El demás personal amable. Los pasillos del hotel al llegar a ru habitación un verdadero Sauna. No es la mejor ubicación es lejos del malecon. Fuera de eso... encontraría algo mejor.

No facturan a oesar de que Booking les recuerda su relación.
