Cons:

I woke covered in bites. Complained at reception, showed them photos of my bites. No refund offered! Apparently, they have to get specialists in to check the room first 🙄
I also paid extra to have a room with a window, but the window didn't open!

Great value for city centre
Pros:

Very reasonable prices for a hotel in the centre of Glasgow. The room we had was really cleverly laid out, with everything we needed for a short overnight stay. No tea or coffee provided in the room, but there was a machine at reception. Staff were very friendly and welcoming when we checked in.

Cons:

Could have done with another couple of pillows.

Cons:

Spazi angusti, spesso frequentati da gente poco raccomandabile. Le stanze piccole e senza ventilazione poichè le finestre non sono apribili ma sono vetri fissi, questo costringe ad una ventilazione forzata che secca terribilmente l'aria e rende quasi invivibile. Se dovesse rompersi il sistema di ricircolo dell'aria è a rischio avvelenamento da monossido di carbonio. Bagnod i dimensioni ridottissime, a stento ci si sta a porta chiusa.

The staff were very helpful kind and respectful and the location was good

The rooms were tiny for what you paid no room to move and no window no tea or coffee facilities in your room had to pay 2.50 for a tea or coffee it cost 120 for one night defo not worth it
