The response of receptionist
The room and bed were not clean
They denied giving breakfast, telling they usually don't provide breakfast.
Good location for places to eat and local tuktuk stand. Helpful reception staff especially Jithendar. Also arrived very early and they allowed me to leave bags at reception before check-in.
Room was okay, could do with some maintenance but clean, along with clean sheets, pillows and also provided soap and towel.
Not so much didn't like, just the room and bathroom could do with some maintenance. But they were painting the room next to mine, so perhaps they are working through each room

The hotel is good with the location but no dining is available in the hotel. Lot of cockroaches. They have charged me extra for kids breakfast. And breakfast is paid only for adults not for kids.

The manager Yadi is well behaved and allowed us to refresh inside a room without asking any extra charge after checkout time.
The staff Naresh behavior was not good at room check in time.He charged Rs 500/- for two hour early check in, but we are not able to make payment because of network issue he didn't accep it.He made us to wait two hours out side.

It showed in the booking that breakfast will be served but they said there is no breakfast.
They also don't have any water.
And when you ask them to bring, they overcharge.
