Wonderful Stay at Shinjini Resort
Shinjini Resort is a very good place with a lovely and peaceful environment. The surroundings are beautiful and perfect for a relaxing stay.
The staff behavior is excellent, and the hospitality is truly appreciated. Manager 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙨 𝙂𝙞𝙧𝙞 is very kind, approachable, and takes great care to ensure guests are comfortable throughout their stay.

Il giardino con la piscina davvero bellissima, grande e di recente costruzione.Lo staff era molto gentile e disponibile.Il cibo era buono.Il balcone privato della camera molto ampio,per rilassarsi.Lo consiglio

The only good thing about the resort is there big swimming pool. And the resort is close to the beach so that is also a plus point but other than that everything else was okayish.
We booked a Family Cottage for 4 people and 1 balcony view room for 2 people. Everything was okay before we went to check in and keep our stuff inside the family cottage, as soon as we opened the door we all saw a small snake coming out of the room, we all got scared and decided to change the room. When we asked the manager to provide us with a different room he did arranged a 3 bed room for us where 6 people can stay together. We were okay with that but the problem starts here, we paid for 2 rooms which was around 6.3k but the manager gave us 1 room which was around 4.8k after taxes. So, there's clearly a difference of around 1.5k right? Guess what, we asked the manager to either give our money back or else provide us with free lunch to compensate the extra charge but the manager denied both of them. He said I cannot do anything once the money is paid we cannot do any refunds. He asked us to contact the online booking service he won't be able to help us which was very disappointing and frustrating. We had high hopes with the resort but it turned into a bad experience for all of us. The only good thing about the resort is there big swimming pool. And the resort is close to the beach so that is also a plus point but other than that everything else is okayish.

Behaviour of manager .He took 1100 rupees per day from me for my driver accomodation and for that he committed to provide non Ac single sharing room.But in reality,my driver resided in a non ac 7 people sharing dormitory which clearly goes against his promise/commitment .And after enquiry it came to know that the said manager took 500 rupees per day out of 1100 rupees as commission which clearly violates the policy .This kind of unprofessional behaviour is not at all expected from a reputed resort staff and thus we faced hacklement and harrashment in our short brief of stay.So i recommended not to stayed in this resort .

Very bad management during breakfast..they don't know how to handle crowd..they were not ready.. shortage of food sugar puri very bad breakfast..
