Pros:

The people were really polite and quick to respond. It's 10 mins away from the palace and the zoo and has lots of restaurants right opposite to the hotel. Loved it.

Clean and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Staff is well behaved and polite. Some of the staff only speak local language, so there were some miss communications. Locality is good with many posh restaurants in the vicinity, railway station is close by. Over all had a comfortable stay.

Cons:

Pls train staff to speak either English or hindi other than the local language. Price needs to be looked into.

AC remotes were not provided. The temperature was kept too low which caused discomfort. AC remotes should be mandatorily given to all rooms
