I was in this hotel for two days 17 and 18/02/2023
It's a good hotel to visit oran
close to train station and tramway
everything was good in there
the personnel are nice an friendly
thank you so much
i loved oran because of you

We were moved to another Hotel (Pacha Hotel) upon booking the Jasmins Residence.
Nothing interesting around the Pacha Hotel
a 15 min drive to the city center and the corniche side

Très bon hotel-résidence pour un séjour à Oran. Situation centrale et facile d'accès

I really enjoyed my 4 nights stay in Jasmin Residence Oran, I was in a Studio unit with 02 other adults, 1 child and 1 enfant, the room was spacy enough, very clean and contains all the required commodities as required in such premises, small kitchen, nice bathroom..leaving room and 1 master bed room
the staff is very kind and professional, very fast and efficient in answering clients requests...Thanks to all the receptionists, security & parking guards and special thanks to the commercial manager for her kindness, time and professionalism..please keep it up and good luck to all the team
All my family members also enjoyed their stay in the hotel. I really advise people visiting Oran for either professional or visit purpose to book into this hotel. You will not regret

The price was adequate to the quality and services provided from the hotel

Few suggestion :

Services should not stop at 11pm in such hotel / I was bit surprised knowing that hotel stop services at 11.00 pm..I had to go outside the hotel at 11h30pm to search a bottle of water
the breakfast should be more variated and make sure all the food is available until 11.00 am
A swimming pool will be really welcome and will add a real value to that hotel

Spent 33800.00DA for the room royal,but no channel to view Olympic Games,no swimming pool(under reparation on 6th august),Jacuzzi with only cold water(in the morning)，fitness with only two machines(which they said they have all the facilities available )breakfast served with uncleaned spoons&forks,directer of reception sitting in her chair letting us standing there and saying "those are little problems,you should know...there`s nothing i can do "and employer of reception told us that"vous aves vraiment me derangez"when we demand le code of wifi and "you should come and get it yourself "(we live in the 12th floor :~( ) From employer to director to manager , no one with good manner.Expecting good memories? please don`t come here,`cause me and my 3 friends are already victims.
