Everything
I liked that the property had a spacious living and dining area as well generous size double bedrooms, and there was a balcony. The was an air conditioning unit in the living area and one portable fan. All rooms had large windows with secure netting for ventilation. Daily towels and water was provided. The bathroom and kitchen are in great condition and you have all the basics that you would need. There is parking directly in front of the property - which was great. The host is a good communicator, responds quickly and is helpful.
A minor issue: there was water constantly dripping onto the floor in the toilet. However, rubber slippers were provided which was great. Another minor issue: there was no hand soap by the bathroom sink. And just to be aware that there is a lift but it is a luggage lift only. My companion’s large suitcase (size 81 cm x 30 cm) did not fit.
Great location, very clean room, comfortable bed, lots of space
I was missing a table next to the sofa and forks
I made a reservation for 6 guests, but there were only 3 blankets. When I contacted the staff to request additional blankets, I received the following response: "Since there is one bed in each of the 3 rooms, the blankets are provided based on the assumption that 2 people will sleep in each bed. If you want extra blankets, you will need to pay 20,000 won per blanket."
Does it not matter what kind of relationship the 6 guests have with each other while staying at the pension? Does it mean we absolutely have to sleep two people per bed and share one blanket? How we sleep should be up to us. If I reserved for 6 people, it's common sense that there should be 6 sets of bedding. Don’t do business like this.
