Pros:

They had no idea of customer service. Hours to check in. They would not let me check in early so I had to no place to go for hours. Then charged $10 per day for my wife to enter the hotel. Terrible.

Pros:

Centrally located hotel, clean & comfortable. Surprisingly quiet considering it’s opposite the busy bus station. Helpful staff. Good South Indian breakfast buffet breakfast with toast & jam option for those wanting a plainer option.

Pros:

Recently renovated hotel which isn’t well maintained. The towels in the restroom were dirty, location of the breakfast room was not convenient. Overall the experience wasn’t worth the money.
