Let's start by mentioning how good the reception staff service is then add that the room was clean with comfy bed and basic amenities, as for the breakfast buffet it was of good variety with many halal options , as for the room cleaning service it wasn't always good throughout our stay...
As for the location it's in a commercial street and500 m away from the metro station .
One of the best hotel in town, stayed many time and they never failed to amaze me with their service. from location to rooms, F&B facilities all are at their best. clean and quite a good size of rooms, 24/7 front desk team, nice coffee service at the main restaurant. amazing staff at the front desk and restaurant.
Just visited and couldn’t not to say my impressions: luxurious atmosphere, attentive staff, and high-quality amenities, highlighting specifics like comfortable rooms with high-quality linens, delicious food and diverse options. Thank u for everything. High recommendations!!!!
I loved Tbilisi and our stay in Iveria Inn. Everything was fantastic - Breakfast was perfect. Rooms were clean and comfy. All the staff were so nice and gave us recommendations about the city. Metro station is around 5 mins by foot. Absolutely recommended❤️
The hotel is very comfortable. Location is in the middle of city center and airport. Rooms are clean. Restaurant is good, not expensive and very tasty. The hotel staff is warm welcoming, what make feels like at home <3
Good location, close to the city center and other places, easy to get by Metro or Bus, just in 10 mind you are in the city center.
Prices is good and hotel clean.
The front desk team is unfriendly at all and very rude on dealing with us on check in and when we are calling for any faulty issues on the room. They charge us for 100GLR for early check in for one room and they end us giving room to us one hour later and for the second room it was promised to be released to us closer to the check in time but it was not ready and we went on a tour by that time. we came on night to receive the second room we found a pack of empty cigarettes box on the room which mean it was not clean correctly, when i report this to the reception desk the lady was rude and said what you want us to do, i will through it on the basket. The room size is good, it has Shataf in bathroom (Perfect for Muslims). There is no tissue paper. the TV channels was not working and we requested them to send someone to repair but he didn't show up for 2 days in both rooms. Breakfast was good and they have signs for halal food. there is a halal restaurant in front of hotel which is adding value for us. We have other guests who decided to relocate to other hotel, we decide not because we have full day tours everyday so we come at sleep time, but if we have time on the city I will not stay on such hotel.
Receptionist staff were amazing. George in praticular as he went above and beyond helping me with myn mobile.
Very good buffet breakfast 😋
Rooms are slowly being updated, some are better than others, yet aircon and fridge in working order and room clean and serviced.
At the beginning of our arrival at this hotel, the reception made a huge mistake, which resulted in our being confused and indecisive for a few hours. We were three girls. As soon as we arrived, I gave my passport and voucher for check-in. But they said no, you don't have a reservation here and you have to go to a another hotel. we paid taxi fare three times and were delayed for two hours. Finally, it turned out that the reservation was in my friend's name. Although the reservation knows that in their hotel registration is in the name of one of the guests, she did not bother to check the names of three people!! We paid 100 GEL for check-in in the morning and got the room earlier. The size of the room is small for three people and you cannot move around very easily. The room was clean and had a beautiful view. None of the rooms have a balcony. It takes 15-20 minutes from the hotel to the main street of the city by taxi, and the fare for this route is between 10 and 15 GEL. The best option of this hotel was having a hose in the bathroom. The breakfast is good, satisfying and varied, and most of the items are delicious. We were there in January and in the morning a lady played happy Christmas songs on the piano in the breakfast room. Internet speed was also good. In general, considering the route and accessibility, if I go to Tbilisi again, despite the other options, I will not choose here again.
Hotel review : Many travel sites features this hotel as 4-star but my stay revealed this hotel matching 2-star at best. The features, amenities, staff courtesy, room size, lighting and decor and the overall experience is painfully disappointing. We booked the hotel during our recent Georgia trip based on the photos they posted on Google. However, when we reached the hotel, they checked us into small rooms and when we asked them for the rooms we originally booked, they said that they do not have any larger rooms available. I've posted the photo from Google and the room we got so that you'll get to see what's advertised and what they actually offer. The hotel itself is far away from Old Tbilisi where most of the attractions are which also is a downside. Iveria Inn has a smooth way to trap tourists into booking but don't fall for it.
Room review : Small and congested rooms with negligible natural lighting. Clean but lacks basic amenities. The bathroom is designed in such a way that when bathing, the water from the shower will overflow right into the bedroom from under the door. Bathroom doors didn't lock from inside. Cheap cost saving tricks like no sugar and milk powder (just 2 sachets of tea bags and coffee powder) in the beverage set adds to the frustration. Overall, an experience of staying in a 2-star hotel.
Iveria Inn, located on Tsulukidze Street 6 in Tbilisi, offers a comfortable stay with modern amenities. It features clean rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location near key attractions. Ideal for travelers seeking affordability and practicality in the heart of Tbilisi
In general it is good. But quite worn down, needs renovation.
The hotel looks nice on the pictures but it has seen better days. The cleaning staff is not very thorough (for example, not cleaning the toilet often during a multiple day stay), and the area around it is noisy from the traffic. It is a short walk away from Varketili metro, but to get there on foot one must cross two busy streets that are not marked for pedestrians. Generally being a pedestrian in that part of the city is not very safe. The metro station looks like it has been bombed. If you are on a tight budget, it’s not the worst place, but just be aware that you should lower your expectations
We stayed here with my family of 3, me, my mom and younger sister. I can’t really complain about the location, only because the taxi is quite cheap in Tbilisi, so it was never a problem to call one. However, the exterior of the hotel looks very nice, modern facade. However, the room we stayed (classic twin) was quite old, you can see it wasn’t touched for a while. The drain in the shower wasn’t draining, there’s no shower door, so you can see how the water is all over the bathroom. Even this isn’t the worst part. You know, it’s very affordable accommodation, we didn’t expect Ritz Paris LOL. The front desk employees are all youngsters, super rude and unfriendly. We stayed for 3 days/nights, and we have never received a simple greeting from anyone. We didn’t expect to be so unwelcomed in this hotel in which we are spending money and behave, especially after we heard all the time that Georgians are the most welcoming people. Lies! We still spent great time in this city though :)
Firstly, when we arrived at the hotel at 3:30 PM on 5th Aug, the twin rooms were not ready, and we had to wait for an hour. Secondly, the toilet doors in both rooms had no locks. When we inquired at the reception, we were told that throughout Georgia toilets don’t have locks, which was quite substandard. Additionally, the kettle in one of the rooms was not working. The bedding was not changed daily; when we returned to the hotel late at night, the sheets were still in the same wrinkled condition. Lastly, the staff at the hotel were not welcoming at all. They would either put on hold and not respond or never call back. We just put up with all the issues as it was booked by Holiday-factory and cancellation would cost us a lot.
The place is used for large groups. They won't allow check on until 15:00, but sure as heck let wild, noisy people and kids run the hallways at 1 and 2 in the morning.
This Stay at this hotel.
Pros: parking, good location. Some nice & helpful staff. 24 hour desk.
Cons: we stayed here 2 months ago & were put in the same room. We had told them the first time that half of the lights in the room didn’t work. Back 2 months later - same lights still broken. After we asked again, it took 5 conversations until it was fixed. Some staff are downright rude. They need some training in customer service.
Good location, not far from the city center and also airport.
Very close to Metro Varketili and bus stations are also in few steps.
There are a lot of supermarkets, pharmacies arround.
Very recommended, as price and quality is really good!!
The hotel is very nice. Especially the food we ordered at the restaurant was excellent. It was delicious. We have been coming with my grandmother and mother for years. I spent almost my childhood there. I recommend this hotel to everyone. The hotel is right in the center. Close to everywhere. The cleanliness is good. We are very pleased, thank you.😍
