I enjoyed the Omelettes and pancake station.
My room was switched randomly and I do not know why. We booked the same type of room yet I did not get a bathtub in my room, I don’t know if this is because they switched my room.
The Hamam massage was not worth it, the steam did not work, it took 3 hours instead of 2 hours, and only one person for two people. I don’t think the people who work there are certified masseuse. The Swedish massage just felt like they were rubbing my skin. Not enough staff and they booked too many massages for the staff available so they were running in and out to do multiple people.
The AC didn’t work well my last night and I sweat through my pajamas and the sheets.
Staff stared too long at guests.

No value for money against what the facility charged,its highly unrated than its reality.Its aoy advantage is being close to the town and being in quite area.
The location and everonment are good
We held a regional conference, and the facilities were excellent. Rooms are super clean, venues are tech friendly, hotel waiters are friendly, and the food is simply delicious.
The environment is pristine and quiet, and access to amenities such as gym, spa and beach view is such a wow factor. Highly recommend.

Location is very good, very close to prison island, you can take a speed boat from the hotel to the islands for 8 minutes only.
The staff are all very welcoming, kind and so nice.

The hotel was clean, the staff were kind and helpful and the food was good. I recommend this place. The breakfast had a big variety and the eggs and pancake stations were the best.

Worst check in experience in zanzibar.
I came at 10am, and hotel.just kept me waiting.for over 2 hours. Everytime I ask them, just lie. They dont care about customer. I.will never suggest this place if you ask.me.
Very good experience overall. The room was really nice, spacious, and comfortable. Good selection at breakfast too.
1. The property is located a bit outside Stone Town, with a taxi ride costing approximately $15 each way. This isn't an issue if you plan to dine at the hotel, but we preferred exploring a variety of local restaurants in town.
2. A word of caution when arranging excursions through the hotel staff. They recommended a taxi/guide named Habibi, who gave us a rather uncomfortable impression and quoted us significantly inflated prices without providing clear details of the tours. After comparing with other operators, we booked identical experiences for less than half the cost. Additionally, he persistently offered to act as our personal guide in Stone Town, even though we only needed a one-way taxi ride. He also insisted on full upfront payment for a round trip, which raised concerns about trust. To top things off we later found out that the hotel does seem to work with a more reputable company for tours (MarineBlue), so one starts to wonder why they initially suggested Habibi instead. To be clear, this issue reflects more negatively on Habibi than on the hotel itself, which is why I still rated the hotel highly overall. However, I believe the hotel staff and management should reconsider recommending taxi drivers or guides who could potentially damage their reputation.
