Pros:

The room and swimming pool was good. Appreciated the gym which was clean and equipped ok

Cons:

We were there over Easter and so had extra people coming in for the special brunch so it turned out to be too chaotic for our liking. The coffee needs a lot of improvement

Pros:

Overall, the facility is very good, the rooms are neat and have good views, the staff are friendly and the food is good. Alos the golfcart shuttles make moving around much easier.

Cons:

One of the main attractions going to a resort are the activities available, only to find the waterpark was not functional, very dirty and not maintained properly which was very disappointing.

An amazing getaway in hotel verde
Pros:

The location breath taking. The atmosphere serene, the rooms so adequate with beautiful view, watching the sunrise and sunset from the comfort of my room over the beach. The food was something else, room service excellent as well. The staff, oh wow, so pleasant and honest. Ally, Hassan, Sulaiman, Issa and Abbas were there to assist at every point. My stay at hotel verde was truly amazing and something I will not forget in a hurry. I look forward to coming back with my family soonest.

Great location: Rooms on the 3rd floor great
Pros:

We stayed at Hotel Verde for three days at the beginning of March. The resort is well located, not too far from the airport.

It has beautiful grounds and very comfortable rooms. The food was, in general, quite good. Marianne was very kind and helpful.
There is no proper beach, but the pool is very nice.

Good Experience
Pros:

The hotel is great, very welcoming
Cleaned and environmentally sound
However it is located very far (about 1h30min) from what we call “pinterest” beaches.
At the moment we came, the roads were in chaos due to roadworks and repairs.
Overall, for those who just want to stay at the hotel, without really wanting to explore the city, it’s a great choice.

Die Location war toll, von dem Rest waren wir jedoch bei einem 5-Sterne Hotel enttäuscht.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und groß.
Der Pool ist schön.

Cons:

Das Frühstück. Wir haben uns durch das Personal nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Sie haben sehr nett gegrüßt, haben aber ansonsten demotiviert gewirkt. Wir haben zur Begrüßung zwar einen welcome-Drink bekommen, jedoch wurden wir nicht über das Hotel (beispielsweise Frühstückszeiten etc.) informiert. Wir haben eine Extra Gebühr bezahlt, um ein paar Stunden eher auf das Zimmer zu gehen, was grundsätzlich in Ordnung ist. Der Grund für die Gebühr aufgrund der fehlenden Verfügbarkeit von Zimmern vor der Check-in Zeit, dass das Hotel ausgebucht sei, war aber gelogen.
