Pros:

This was one of the most negative hotel experiences ever. The hotel looks much better than it really is.
The general areas look very clean, but our room, especially the bathroom, were dirty. Heavy moisture in the shower, hairs on the bottom, leaky shower.
The room was roady side and there is virtually no noise insulation. We got max 3h of sleep due to noise.
We did not expect big luxury for the price, but at least a clean room.

The hotel was 3 stars. But it was announced on the 4-star site. The sound of the street and the adjoining rooms can be heard perfectly.
