Esperienza molto deludente. Le foto pubblicate non corrispondono assolutamente alla realtà e il prezzo pagato è eccessivo rispetto ai servizi offerti. Appena arrivati, la camera emanava un forte odore di fumo, cosa davvero sgradevole. Inoltre, la stanza era sporca e la pulizia generale della struttura lasciava molto a desiderare. In bagno, ogni volta che si apriva l’acqua del lavabo, partiva un rumore molto fastidioso. La struttura appare trascurata, con diversi ritocchi fatti in modo approssimativo. Anche la colazione è stata una grande delusione: poca qualità e scarsa scelta. Nel complesso, un’esperienza negativa che non mi sento di consigliare. Non tornerei.

Der Garten
Die echte Freundlichkeit, der Dame die beim Morgenessen den Kaffe brachte.

Cons:

Beim Buffet für das Morgenessen war am 2. Tage einfach noch der restliche Schinken des Vortages vorhanden. Manchmal fehlte etwas im Angebot, weil die Ware noch nicht nicht eingetroffen oder aufgewärmt war.

Im Badezimmer fehlen Haken für Waschlappen; das Lavabo ist nicht immer sauber geputzt worden; es fehle anfangs eine Seife.

Im Schlafzimmer, bzw. im Kasten im Schlafzimmer fehlt es an Schäften oder Schubladen für Gäste, die mehrere Tage im Hotel übernachten wollen.

Die Freundlichkeit der Chefin erschien uns gespielt.

Soggiorno rilassante e fantastico
Pros:

Posizione ottima e vicina a Cittadella. Colazione ottima e abbondante sia x salato che x dolce. Personale cordiale, la proprietaria sig.ra Carla simpaticissima e molto cordiale. E non dimentichiamo la mascotte il cagnone Silvano patatoso e coccolone. Non vedo l'ora di ritornare per le ferie estive, già prenotate. L'ho consiglio vivamente anche per la sua tranquillità. Si dorme da dio.
