Pros:

Boa relação custo-benefício, considerando os valores de hotéis em Barcelona. O quarto é bastante espaçoso e bem equipado, a ducha é quente e generosa. Boa localização, perto da praia e a poucos minutos da estação de trem, que te deixa em meia hora no centro de Barcelona. Além disso, o bairro é muito simpático, com muitas opções de comércio. Vale um passeio para conhecer um lado mais autêntico e menos turístico da cidade.

Cons:

Por ser ao lado da rua, o quarto em que fiquei era um pouco barulhento. Necessária proteção auricular para aqueles que, como eu, não dormem muito bem. Cama não muito confortável. Os abajures não funcionavam, o quarto só tinha a luz muito forte do teto.
