This wasn't a great hotel experience, the carpets and walls were stained and the staff weren't very friendly, apart from the guy on reception this morning who was helpful.

There is no room service, I had to go downstairs to collect some more tea bags, milk, water and towels because not only did the cleaner not leave any of these things, they left us 2 hand towels. When i asked twice go have a bath towel i was told they didnt have any. Never have i had this experience before. Won't be staying here again.

We booked the queen balcony room and it met all our expectations. The room was wonderful, spacious and clean. The balcony was also facing the exterior so we could see the beautiful Paris streets. Nicolas was fantastic. He truly went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and did so kindly. The other front desk employees were fabulous as well (I just didn't get their names!). They provided recommendations and were always a friendly face after returning from a day of exploring. I'd highly recommend if you don't mind a quieter area of Paris. It was easy to commute via bus or walk to make attractions.

Okay for the purpose.

They’re in a great location. They’re not located in the height of tourist traffic but they’re conveniently close to the metro and bus stops and less than 15mins from the Opera. They have the convenience of restaurants that are right outside the hotel as well. The WiFi barely worked which meant the tv and mobile rarely worked. My phone service was horrible. Other than that, that was an extremely helpful and kind. Lastly, for the price per night, you’re definitely paying for location and convenience.

Nice hotel, room was excellent and plenty of amenities. Balcony was a good size one. Only thing was the AC was on the weaker side.

Great location, easy to find transportation. Breakfast was first rate. Rooms well maintained and excellent staff.

The hotel is in a nice neighborhood. Staff was helpful and attentive. The room was simple but practical and had everything that I needed to be comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. Not crowded at the time we went, which was early in the morning.

We were incredibly impressed with Hotel Mercure 17 Batignolles during our first visit to Paris, for my husband’s birthday celebration. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Seguy at the front desk. He not only remembered my niece and her husband from their first visit, but also made us feel very welcome with his friendly and helpful demeanor. We were even able to check in early, which was a lovely bonus.

The hotel’s ambiance was beautiful and relaxing, and our room was cozy, equipped with everything we could possibly wish for. The whole experience made our first Paris trip unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel and hope the management will give kudos to Seguy for his exceptional service!”

Hotel razoável em Paris. Destaques negativos: o quarto é muito, muito pequeno e o hotel é mal localizado, distante aproximadamente uns 600 metros da estação de metrô mais próxima e distante também dos principais pontos turísticos da cidade.

Very enjoyable hotel to stay at.

Room was too small for 2 people. Not a good water flow in walk in shower. Slow drainage of water in shower.
