Over charged 2 star hotel - Not recomended at all!!!
Pros:

Some of the staff were courteous.

You can sit in the garden and have food and/or coffee.

There’s nothing good about the property apart from these.

Cons:

The bathroom was not draining water properly and the water was seeping in to the dry area - they still allocated the room for us. You can see the picture and the poor guy trying to clean. The solution given was to use a wiper I had to call the reception and demand better service for them to change my room. You can imagine this discomfort.

The “excellent” view from the new room where we were shifted to is also uploaded.

Need to open the hot water and wait for the hot water to start flowing out - and that’s if you’re extremely lucky. Else you can have a good wash in the cold weather.

Tissue box was kept as a wonderful piece of monument and as a mere decoration piece with just one piece of tissue - picture included.

I don’t expect any reply or an explanation from the management because none of this is an oversight. These are all very normal to the management and they wouldn’t be surprised with these kind of ratings.

Booking.com should seriously think of taking this property down from the site. This is a disaster 2 start property.

A very warm, comfortable, and clean luxury feeling hotel. good sized room. convenient Right near the main shopping area. Any Westerner will be happy here. Great service from staff. Good breakfasts with cereal, omelets, chicken sausages and real coffee

Cons:

The western dinner menu is very limited. we are not tolerant to spices. There is a nice tasty pasta, but you can't have the same chicken pasta every night. I am sure they could widen their western menu with nice, easy, but decent western meals by getting supplementary training in some western dishes
