Posizione strategica. Camera bella con materassi e cuscini in memory comodissimi. Bagno molto confortevole. Pulizia accuratissima. Colazione varia e abbondante. Gentili e professionali sia il direttore che il personale.
The staff at Hotel Conchiglia was very nice. I believe it is family owned and all were friendly. The checkin was good. There was a little misunderstanding with the booking. When I booked this room, I filtered by properties with washing machine and free parking but neither was available. I had to pay for parking across the street which wasn't too bad as it was not tourist season and spaces were available. The host helped me decode the confusing parking system and carried my suitcase upstairs to my room.
The room itself was a bit small and humid. The AC did not work, even after I asked him to set it to ac mode. Opening the windows was not an option as there were a lot of mosquitos about and I was getting eaten alive.
I apparently did not book the breakfast so I cannot comment on the offering.
The TV in the room was not a smart TV so only italian channels were available. As I mentioned the room was small, but so was the bed. It was wide enough but short and a bit uncomfortable, which didn't do my back much good.

Location, staff, food and room was amazing 🥰
Hotel in pieno centro a Porto Ercole, a pochi passi dalla marina. Camere molto pulite e confortevoli (la nostra aveva un letto matrimoniale con materasso in memory). Il gestore, gentilissimo, ci è venuto incontro per gestire in modo ottimale il parcheggio della nostra auto e la colazione prima dell'orario ordinario
Posizione ottima, pulizia ed accoglienza!!!
